When I moved to Indiana I did major research to find a lash artist that did russian volume. I am always very picky about who I chose to make me look and feel great, from hair, nails and now lashes. I did my research and the only person I felt most comfortable with and trusted was Maria. First off she's passionate about what she's doing and you can tell it makes her feel good when you feel good about her work. Second, her work speaks volumes (pun intended). Lash retention is an important factor and I had to go a bit longer than usual in between fills my first time getting it done with her, and it was GREAT. Third, in order for me to have retained my lashes for this long was also due to her educating me on how to care for them! All this aligns with someone who is going to take care of you and knows what they are doing. I used to get super long lashes and my lash girls never REALLY told me the importance of caring for them and how to do so until Maria. We discussed the best length and curl for my eyes and health of my lashes, in the end I am 10x more satisfied because she took the time to walk me through it and help me understand. Lastly, outside of being a passionate and knowledgable person about lashes, she is also a wonderful, vibrant and ambitious woman! If I am going to have to lay there for 3 hours, I couldn't have a chosen a better person to do it with. PS. I was in and out in less than an hour for a regular mani and a gel mani. No hassles, no rush, no visibly upset workers that we had arrived so close to them closing. First of all, I was not looking for an over the top blanket of lashes...sure some are and it looks good for them/you, but it would look weird on me...my natural lashes are on the lighter side! Second, I'm just uncertain about anything cosmetic that needs maintenance. I don't do a lot of maintenance especially since I'm home a lot. Lori makes it a fun time to go and get my fills. She accommodates my requests, listens to things that might be uncomfortable, and is efficient. She'll take longer if needed, but doesn't seem to be struggling or taking unnecessary time either! But as the Keystone Fashion Mall I would be appalled and embarrassed to have such disgraceful behavior representing my brand. The people here (especially the lady at the front desk) are rude and exhibit extremely disgusting behavior towards their guests. I came in once, to get a pedicure, and I and I was so appalled by their disgraceful level of Customer Service, that I can't believe they're still open. If you're having a good day, you should avoid this place. But if you don't care how people talk to you, and have no respect for yourself, then be their guest. But when I left, I went to place across the street in the plaza and the people were AMAZING. So there are better places to give your money if you want a better experience.
