So if you only wanted one pair, like I did, I guess you bring a friend who also wants a pair? To be fair, I did not get the discount booklet, so I don't know how much of a discount I would have gotten - or how much I would have had to buy to get it, but quite frankly, even a 20% discount probably wouldn't have been enough incentive here. I hope you're looking for running/outdoor/tennis shoes. I came here for walking shoes/sneakers. These were relegated to about 1/4 of one side of a display. They didn't have anything wide in my size. Even more challenging, I actually wanted a pair of WHITE sneakers... they had one on display, but nothing in or near my size in any of the nearby boxes contained white sneakers. They probably also don't want to hear that I got a similar style of sneakers by a not-so-big-name brand for 1/3 the cost recently, at a K-mart!

His empathy, politeness, helpfulness and plain hard work were evident, as he measured my brother's feet to ensure he got the right size (my brother walked in wearing sneakers that were too big), and picked out several options for my brother to try on. Lo and behold, the first option Christian picked, fit my brother like a glove and were so comfortable that my brother didn't need to try any other pairs! Christian also displayed patience of a saint assisting my (indecisive) mother find a pair of shoes that she liked (they happened to be out of her size on the style she wanted), as she wandered throughout the store. What's even more impressive was that this young man was assisting other customers in between helping my brother and mother. There were some other employees on duty, but, during our visit, they were apparently in the back, and not directly assisting customers - at least not to the extent that Christian was. That level of service is extremely rare these days, so it is refreshing to experience it. Hopefully, Christian is working when you visit, so you will get to experience it too.
