I have rehabbed and sold homes for over 30 years. I do not use a selling agent, and sell my homes…read moreby purchasing an mls. In over 30 years, I have NEVER had a negative experience with a realtor. Last week I was contacted by Robert Taylor an agent with KW Platform..he scheduled an appt to show his clients my home. When I was forced to cancel his appt due to his lack of communication as well as a family emergency, I politely told him he could reschedule his appt for anytime beyond that particular day. Mr. Taylor called me and erupted in an abusive, loud, unprofessional demeaning attack on me. When I ended the call he continued texting abusive and insulting messages. When I called KW. Platform to inform them that I would be happy to provide access for Mr. Taylors clients to view my home provided another agent from their office accompany them. I told them that I no longer felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Taylor. Rather than apologizing for his actions or making other arrangements for the clients to view my home, the office manager spent the entirety of the call defending Mr. Taylor. Today Mr. Taylor once again attempted to make an appt to show my home, I denied his request explaining that I did not feel comfortable dealing with him..he then began calling my phone even though I told both him and KW Platform that I did not want him to contact me due to his abusive behavior. Because this request was ignored I was forced to contact Marc Weiss Broker of KW Platform. Mr. Weiss was not only arrogant and rude, but he actually said he understood why Mr. Taylor treated me as he had..he then went on to tell me that he held a high position in the MLS and that I LEGALLY had to allow his abusive agent Mr. Taylor access to my home and that if I didnt, he would be sure to have my home removed from the MLS. I immediately contacted my attorney who is currently in contact with KW Legal , the NYS Dept of State..and The National Association of Realtors. I have also been informed that Marc Weiss was not being truthful when he stated that I had a legal obligation to allow his abusive agent access to my home nor does he have the authority to remove my home from the MLS. In my opinion Mr. Taylor, the KW Platform office team and Marc Weiss lack the honesty, respect and competence necessary to provide a satisfactory experience when it comes to the purchase and sale of a home.

He helped us through every step of the way. Payment was made on time. He offered to let us know when it was finished so we could see it. This was my husband's childhood home and he so appreciated the offer to see it not only restored but definitely improved on. Anyone in our position should definitely call Matt Baker and Homevestor's.

Eddie has built his business on a strong reputation, and after working with him for the past few years, I've seen firsthand why. He is trustworthy, respectful, and genuinely cares about both the property and the tenants. His communication is excellent and he is always responsive, which is especially important for me as a long-distance investor. Either they are idiots, or they think I am. If you have half a brain, you would use an accredited Real Estate broker, pay the fees and commission, and get the true value of your home. I get at least 3 to 4 calls per week, and now junk mail is included. It's a shame these people are allowed to do business this way. And an even bigger shame is that some people actually use this service.

We had another excellent realtor experience with Bill Hannon, Howard Hanna Real Estate. We met…read morewith Bill before listing our Ballston Lake home. Bill presented us with a detailed market analysis and recommended a sale price. The price was within our ballpark estimate. The price per square foot was a bit higher than other homes in our neighborhood, but Bill was confident that given the excellent condition of our home that the house would sell fast. Once listed, the third couple presented an offer just 7 days after the listing. The offer was only 1.5% below our asking price. We accepted the offer without a counter. Bill kept us thoroughly informed during the time from offer to closing. He was always responsive to both parties and our attorney. We also recommended him to our friends who were also selling their home in Niskayuna. In summary, Bill is very knowledgeable about real estate in the Capital District. His manner is very comforting and helped to take the stress out of leaving our home of 47 years. He accommodated our needs throughout the entire process. We certainly recommend him as an outstanding real estate agent.
