I love this place! It's interesting, quirky and the food is good value for what you receive.
There is a super charity and antique shop and behind a smashing little tea shop.
It is often very busy as all the locals come here for lunch.
They do some extremely huge yummy sarnies and rolls which always come with an amazing complex salad and crisps, jacket potatoes, some delicious open sandwiches with home made fillings, chicken caesar, egg mayonnaise, prawn and many others and the very attractive cakes which are mainly hand made and decorated. There is a wide range of drinks to choose from and very good teas and coffees. It has a very trendy style and you get served in pretty mismatched cups and saucers, dainty plates and so on. It feels a bit like you are in Brighton. Staff are sweet and courteous.
Only thing is food takes a while as it is all freshly prepared.
It's very cosy and nice , I love it. Nothing else like it round here- unique. read more
