I called a trusted friend who is a project manager for a major homebuilder & he referred Ian Simon, owner to me. Ian even returned my call on Easter Sunday & promptly scheduled an appointment to assess the situation. Ian & his son, Kasey found the leak, cut the drywall do everything could dry out & the plumber could fix the leak. After the repair they came back to inspect that there was no residual moisture or mold. Everything was dry, clean, mold free. They did a great job at a very reasonable price! I would recommend them without hesitation. I also had them clean out my dryer vent. They do a variety of clean ups including air vents etc. I was given a final Inspection report to keep with my records of the repair.

I live in Sun City Summerlin and they recently provided me with electrical service that I needed to change out my old gas fireplace and replace with a new electrical fireplace (installed the 240V for more heat! They also installed 240V for my swim spa a few years ago; all in accordance with city inspector requirements. I called Penny Electric and was told the work was no longer covered under warranty. I understand warranties have time limits, but I was disappointed by their response to an electrical box coming loose. If work I had done for someone failed, I would want to make it right. I do want to recognize Ernesto, the electrician who came out. He was friendly, professional, and excellent to work with. I'd give Ernesto five stars. Immediately after turning off the water, I started looking online for a plumber to fix the leak, and they suggested a different mitigation company which I accepted. They came by, and it turns out tried to scam me massively for insurance, etc. I'm lucky to have caught it before signing anything. After this awful experience, I went back online to find a different mitigation company and found Life Savers. They came by at like 9:00 p.m. took a look and although I was extremely suspicious of anyone I would have spoken to after the first experience, Rudy really helped set my mind at ease and made the process incredibly easy all things considered. My claims adjuster was extremely impressed not only over how I handled the situation, but how Lifesavers did as well. If I do need to mitigate another disaster Lifesavers will be the first team I call. Excellent service and excellent value. I also appreciate that they recommended a reliable construction company to follow suit. 10/10 across the board. Thanks Life Savers
