This job cost me over $100,000 yet they could not get the elevator to work properly. when they finally got it passed inspections, they pretty much disappeared. my contract with them has a 1 year warranty and in that 1 year I have had multiple issues, on 3 separate occasions we had people stuck in the elevator. we called the office and Larry's cell phone and each time we were told that they are to busy to come out and for us to call the fire department. one off those times there were 3 kids stuck in there. I am filing a complaint with the contractors board to make sure he doesn't cost anyone else the heachaches and anxiety of being stuck in an elevator like he has to me and my tenants. Larry should not be installing new elevators,

It seems that communication broke down at their local office. They are connected with the California office & someone dropped the ball on notifying us about the prior 'no show' scheduled last week. He also detailed what the annual maintenance agreement states. The staff should have scheduled our annual maintenance work, but had failed to do so. I'd recommend that, when you purchase a Stannah chair lift (which I'd highly recommend since they are top quality) have them go over the agreement & follow up each year with a phone call if or when they don't call you. I'd give Koa & his assistant, Michael, a 5 star review, but listing 4 stars because of the prior lack of communication on the part of the system they have in place for keeping up with maintenance.

Years ago, there was an individual inspector from the State of Nevada. But he told me that they were doing away with that department. Excellent communication. Our appointment is usually do in February/ March. I get an email reminding us of our appointment in January. Excellent follow-up. When we didn't pass, I also got a notification from them, to do a follow-up appointment with our regular elevator maintenance company. This is a really good company.

It took them over a month, and 4 different visits to come up with an idea of what was wrong. Their solution, replace everything. I got a bit for over 30,000 dollars. So I got a second option with Celtic elevator. Jeremy fixed it in 5 minutes. Just needed to be reset, and one sensor adjusted. 200 bucks total. AR wanted 30,000. And they're still trying to bill me for the estimate. Lol!! My next review will be to the better business bureau. Do not use AR elevator. They are a joke of a company, conmen. Thieves.

Do not use this company! They are a total fraud. We cancelled our service with them over a year…read moreago and are still getting billed. No one has come to service our building bc we have cameras and they have not asked us how to access the elevator room since we added a key. Even after numerous emails and phone calls with reps, managers, billing office.... They continue to bill us. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! We have since switched to delta and have had excellent service and our technician comes once a month and checks in with us when he is at the building servicing.
