This job cost me over $100,000 yet they could not get the elevator to work properly. when they finally got it passed inspections, they pretty much disappeared. my contract with them has a 1 year warranty and in that 1 year I have had multiple issues, on 3 separate occasions we had people stuck in the elevator. we called the office and Larry's cell phone and each time we were told that they are to busy to come out and for us to call the fire department. one off those times there were 3 kids stuck in there. I am filing a complaint with the contractors board to make sure he doesn't cost anyone else the heachaches and anxiety of being stuck in an elevator like he has to me and my tenants. John answered my request here on Yelp, responded promptly and was thorough and friendly. He set me up an appt for the following day and mounted all 3 of my TVs by himself with no issue. He provided tv mounts and did outlet relocations for each as well. I'm more than happy with his work and will be using him for 2 more TVs in my home and referring him to friends. The mounts he supplies are also pretty awesome! He's literally a one stop shop.. some companies wouldn't provide mounts, some can't or won't do outlet relocations, and some are overly expensive. He met and exceeded my expectations!

It seems that communication broke down at their local office. They are connected with the California office & someone dropped the ball on notifying us about the prior 'no show' scheduled last week. He also detailed what the annual maintenance agreement states. The staff should have scheduled our annual maintenance work, but had failed to do so. I'd recommend that, when you purchase a Stannah chair lift (which I'd highly recommend since they are top quality) have them go over the agreement & follow up each year with a phone call if or when they don't call you. I'd give Koa & his assistant, Michael, a 5 star review, but listing 4 stars because of the prior lack of communication on the part of the system they have in place for keeping up with maintenance.

Years ago, there was an individual inspector from the State of Nevada. But he told me that they were doing away with that department. Excellent communication. Our appointment is usually do in February/ March. I get an email reminding us of our appointment in January. Excellent follow-up. When we didn't pass, I also got a notification from them, to do a follow-up appointment with our regular elevator maintenance company. This is a really good company.

We selected whoever had the lower quote. Now we don't have to choose. Did our most recent one this month. It was a quick one, but the service was good, from scheduling (though it took a bit longer than expected) to the actual appointment. I actually had several dealings, via email, with the office staff.
