This job cost me over $100,000 yet they could not get the elevator to work properly. when they finally got it passed inspections, they pretty much disappeared. my contract with them has a 1 year warranty and in that 1 year I have had multiple issues, on 3 separate occasions we had people stuck in the elevator. we called the office and Larry's cell phone and each time we were told that they are to busy to come out and for us to call the fire department. one off those times there were 3 kids stuck in there. I am filing a complaint with the contractors board to make sure he doesn't cost anyone else the heachaches and anxiety of being stuck in an elevator like he has to me and my tenants. Larry should not be installing new elevators,

I bought an outdoor TV from Amazon along with Amazon Home Service to mount it. On the day of the scheduled appointment, the Amazon installer called and said "they don't do outdoor mounts." In a bind, I went to Yelp and found Elevate. I couldn't have been more pleased with John's service. He mounted the TV to the side of our house in no time, even giving me a chance to FaceTime with my husband about the height. He'll be back in a few days to install an outlet so we don't have run cords (something I didn't think was possible). His price was very reasonable and his service and attitude was top notch! I rarely write Yelp reviews, but he deserves one!

It seems that communication broke down at their local office. They are connected with the California office & someone dropped the ball on notifying us about the prior 'no show' scheduled last week. He also detailed what the annual maintenance agreement states. The staff should have scheduled our annual maintenance work, but had failed to do so. I'd recommend that, when you purchase a Stannah chair lift (which I'd highly recommend since they are top quality) have them go over the agreement & follow up each year with a phone call if or when they don't call you. I'd give Koa & his assistant, Michael, a 5 star review, but listing 4 stars because of the prior lack of communication on the part of the system they have in place for keeping up with maintenance.
