It seems that communication broke down at their local office. They are connected with the California office & someone dropped the ball on notifying us about the prior 'no show' scheduled last week. He also detailed what the annual maintenance agreement states. The staff should have scheduled our annual maintenance work, but had failed to do so. I'd recommend that, when you purchase a Stannah chair lift (which I'd highly recommend since they are top quality) have them go over the agreement & follow up each year with a phone call if or when they don't call you. I'd give Koa & his assistant, Michael, a 5 star review, but listing 4 stars because of the prior lack of communication on the part of the system they have in place for keeping up with maintenance.

He provided tv mounts and did outlet relocations for each as well. I'm more than happy with his work and will be using him for 2 more TVs in my home and referring him to friends. The mounts he supplies are also pretty awesome! He's literally a one stop shop.. some companies wouldn't provide mounts, some can't or won't do outlet relocations, and some are overly expensive. I initially asked for a quote but never received one. I assumed it would be sent along with the pictures of the bags before they started the work, but it didn't arrive until after the work was completed. We were having our daughters' names embroidered on school backpacks and two patches heat-pressed onto them. My daughters spent time discussing the placement of the embroidery in detail, and at no point were we told that certain placements might cause issues. When we picked the bags up, we discovered that part of the front pocket had been sewn shut due to the embroidery placement. This was never discussed with us in advance, and unfortunately, the kids use all the pockets--so that was a disappointment. When I called to ask why we weren't informed, the only response was "we meant to," which was frustrating. That's something I definitely would have wanted to know beforehand. Also, we were warned that heat-pressed patches may not last, but one was already peeling off right after pickup. So for anyone considering that option, I'd recommend skipping the heat press and going straight to someone who can sew them on. The experience wasn't a total disaster, but there were definitely preventable issues that affected our experience. Learn from my mistakes and ask more questions.

I really wanted to like Atomic Pools -- but unfortunately, the experience ended on a disappointing…read morenote. I HATE writing negative reviews on a local biz. Jason started off well, but over time, the service became increasingly inconsistent. He charges $160/month and $85 for filters cleaning. He allows for 4 missed cleanings a year for emergencies. He missed over 14 scheduled cleanings last year and 5 this year. That's nearly one out of every three weeks -- a pattern of unreliability, not just a fluke. In the last three weeks of service, no one showed up at all. I later found out the technician had injured his hand, but he never contacted me to inform me or to reschedule. The pool sat dirty and unattended -- and I had no idea why. Then, to top it off, Atomic Pools tried to charge me a $160 early termination fee -- even though they stopped showing up and never communicated and showed a lot of attitude. They offered to clean pool free for the next month or two but I don't want the hassle particularly after the snarky texts tell me "good luck bro". I switched to email only when our phone call got argumentative because he would not refund me. I then receive letter that I am threatening him (?) and ceased all communications. He just wants the $160 for not working. I found another company for $120 that had not missed a cleaning in years from my neighbor. I expected better professionalism and basic communication. If you're looking for consistent, reliable service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Too much drama here.
