I made an account on Yelp to share my experience. I would not recommend moving to eaves. The apartment my wife and I rented had many problems. Appliances broke down regularly. Appliances and drywall were not properly installed. The parking garage did not have good camera coverage so at least one person had their car broken into. In the parking garage, oil pools, trash, and dog feces were also not promptly cleaned up. There are other issues, too. Because of the problems, we paid thousands to cancel our lease early. We also paid hundreds to use eaves's cleaning service. My wife tried to do a final walk-through, but they did not show up at the scheduled time and we have a newborn, so she left before eaves's personnel eventually arrived. After, we were charged about $1000 (the security deposit and a couple hundred dollars on top of the security deposit) for a carpet replacement and painting. I asked about the charges and they said the carpets had to be replaced because of pet hair and odor. My dog is house trained. I told them that we paid for cleaning; they said their cleaning service doesn't clean carpets. Never got an answer about the painting. I spent a couple weeks on-and-off trying to get someone to review the charges. They did not follow up. Ultimately, I called again and they said that their position was that the charges were legitimate. They said the best they would do is offer a 15% discount. I said I don't want a discount (maybe a little too prideful but I didn't want anyone there to think that they are doing me favors by discounting an illegitimate charge). Accordingly, I paid $240 on top of the security deposit they withheld from me. Some pictures my wife took of the carpets when we moved out are attached to this review. read more

Manuel and Librado are the maintenance men that have always been there for us. They understood the struggles we were going through from time to time, and were on call to be there for us - whether I had troubles with the washer, needed a light changed because I couldn't reach, or our air unit went out. They always went above and beyond for us and everyone in the building. I would forget to put in the service order online and would wind up just speaking with them and they always found time to come around. This building wouldn't be amazing if it wasn't for the people who work there. I moved away from my entire family and haven't been speaking Spanish as much and it was refreshing to be able to have conversations with Manuel and Librado! My dog Lola always wanted to say hello when we were heading out to our car or were passing each other in the hallway. I know she will miss them dearly!! My husband and I have been at Eaves for about six months now, and we have been so pleasantly surprised by the office staff and maintenance team that they deserve a shout-out. We've lived at big apartment communities before, and it's always felt like "us versus them". Appliance broke? Maybe you used it wrong. Clogged drain? You can fix that yourself. Crime down the street have you feeling uneasy? Not our problem. The office staff was always in defense of the property owner, the maintenance team was never responsive, and when they were we rarely felt comfortable with the maintenance team entering our apartment without us home. That is NOT the case at Eaves. Kayla is absolutely spectacular. Her ability to empathize with tenants when something goes wrong in the apartment or anything makes us feel uneasy is so comforting. She goes above and beyond to make eaves feel like home and we're so glad to have her. She feels more like a friend than a property manager. You can trust that she will do anything she can to help you. Manuel and Librado are absolute gems. They are so kind and accommodating. They're eager to fix even the smallest of problems as quickly as possible, and even patiently explain to me why it occurred and how I can prevent future issues. We feel completely comfortable with them working in our home whether we're here or not. They go above and beyond- they always have pets for our dog and even vacuumed our whole room for us the last time they did maintenance, even though only the area by the door needed clean-up. I can't say enough good things about them. If you're on the fence about living at Eaves or another property, I can promise you that no other team will take better care of you than these 3! read more

Love this place! I am so sad my boyfriend and I are moving out this month (job relocations). This apartment is my first "big girl" apartment as a new working professional, and though I have nothing else to really compare it to, I honestly think its going to be my new standard when i look for places to live. The neighborhood is clean and safe, nice residents walking by their dog-- (always look out for neighborhoods where people walk their dogs-- a good sign of a good neighborhood!). The apartments themselves are nice fixtures, good quality hardware, and clean looking. (I avoid dingy places).   All the staff are very friendly, nice, timely, and professional. Manuel and his maintenance team are the best! If i had a problem, he would arrive right away! He has taken care of anything I needed in the apartment, which only happened twice (1. I didn't know how to turn on the fireplace, and 2. even helped me change a light bulb i couldn't reach HAHA) and those are small things, but goes to show how well this place is kept! I see the crew around the hallways and around the apartment property upkeeping everything, from the pool, to the gym always being clean and ready to use (even cleaner than 24 hour fitness and Equinox!). I've seen Manuel and Librado and the team even help a new resident (who was a little framed lady) carry a mattress into her apartment, when they really weren't even obligated to do so. They're just so nice and personable. They always wave hi in the hallways with bright smiles. Kayla is super sweet and nice. I even loved the other staff who were at the office before (Maria, Ashley to name a few). They make great meet-and-greet events for the residents, communicate in timely manner. If I could pick up this apartment community to my new neighborhood, i would! We moved last year in this community, initially it was very nice and peaceful. We had amazing neighbors. Lot of email communications regarding whats happening in the building which makes you feel safe. We also had some Christmas and new years celebrations which were great. When we moved, we were promised about the renovations happening in January. The manager basically sold us the apartment with the new renovated kitchen images. Unfortunately Avalon ended being a corporate where they don't care about their residents or their health: - Renovations were pushed back by 6 months - They strategically planned it so that your apartment will be renovated at the end of your lease time - Building manager is generally very concerned with whats happening in the building but they didn't care when the residents were asked to live in harsh environment. - Me and my husband had some health issues because of the dust and the constant moving for 2 weeks (we basically lived in a car) - Building managers create lot of ruckus (like 5 emails a day) on smoking, missing mails, noise (this is not a hostel) but couldn't care less when residents actually needed someone to talk. - All my neighbors ended their lease and moved out because of this community's management. And we got a letter last week about renewal with a raise of +$600 rent. The apartment is very tiny, not luxurious and building is not clean. My recommendation is to look into other buildings in this neighborhood, you'll find better options. read more

This review is for Manuel. The building would fall apart without him! He truly goes above and beyond for every resident to make sure everything runs smoothly. As a small Asian female, I literally wouldn't have been able to move out at all if it weren't for him - he even helped me move out my mattress and securely tied my box spring to the top of my van, with amazing handiwork! I had also spent forever trying to remove a stuck Coax cable from my internet modem and he was kind enough to come up to my apartment and removed it in 5 seconds. I feel extremely lucky to have encountered someone so honest, hardworking, and skillful! I am totally, forever indebted to Manuel and these compliments are the least I could do to repay him! Due to my husband's line of work, we move about every 5 years. Meaning that I have to search for an adequate apartment in varied places such as San Diego, NYC, Washington DC, etc... This Avalon location in Pasadena, on Del Mar Blvd, is so beautiful! The move-in process was also easy, and the community manager and maintenance staff are extremely attentive. After one month, I have no complaints. I have lived at higher-end places in our travels($3700 for a 2BR/2BA in NYC), and I am just thankful for the laid back ambience here. Highlights: 1. Quiet 2. Swimming Pool 3. Sauna 4. Gym 5. And other people's dogs that I get to pet I love the proximity to all that is gorgeous about Pasadena! read more

I have no respect for business that charges exorbitant fees without providing quality service and product of good value. Hiding behind arbitrary rulings, whimsical pricing, and company policy will only push customers further away. My husband has been an Archstone resident for the past several years. He's lived at various Archstone communities up in Northern California and here in Los Angeles. Thanks to their relocation guarantee (which only applies when the move is more than 30 miles) he landed at this establishment. The building is the oldest out of all 3 Archstones in Pasadena and seem lackluster in comparison. The subterranean garage floods when it rains. The laundry room and the elevator are both outdated. (The elevator is especially poorly maintained). The apartment itself is standard affair, though the water pressure is really low in the bathroom, making daily tasks inconvenient. It's not to say the place is dilapidated, but I just expected more bang for my buck. As for the management, they are not afraid to use strong language when going after the tenants for late rent. Not to say late rents are justified or fair to the company, but I find their strong-handed approach unnecessarily demeaning and degrading. We dutifully tried our best to abide by their ground rules and fulfill our obligation as the tenant, the least they can do is to understand that no one is impervious to the effects of recession these days. Please excuse my verdant idealism in forgetting that there is no way to extricate humanity out of any business/corporation. read more

Building maintenance crew: 4 stars. Building management staff: 1 star. First of all, let me say that the 2 maintenance guys are great. They were always helpful, quick to respond and very courteous when entering our apartment. The in-office management, however, were not good at all. The pool is not heated. Don't fall for this one. They tell everyone it is when they move in. Then, they say they don't heat it because no one uses it in the winter even though people use it all summer. We organized a group of tenants to say that we would use it if it were warmed up. It never was. We assume the heated pool story to be a complete lie. They do not notify you when a package is delivered and they will not let deliveries come up to your door. If you know a package is coming, that's fine. You can get it during office hours. If you weren't expecting a package, good luck. On 3 separate occasions (2 birthdays and christmas) we had packages left sitting in there office for over 3 weeks (one was 2 months) before we found them because we stopped in to get a different delivery. Danela and the rest of the management is that LAzy that they can't even notice once in a while that a dated parcel was delivered over 6 weeks ago. The rear elevator is broken at least 1 day a week. Sometimes more. The building prefers high turn-around. If you are looking for a place to stay for very long, it is not this building. When your lease is up, the "company" raises the rent if you want to resign a new lease. The pricing that they gave us was an increase of 23%. They did not justify the cost in any way. No new services. No new exercise equipment. No heated pool. Just a $350.00/month increase in rent. Asking around, this was a standard percentage for everyone we talked to who was moving out after their first lease was up. In the 12 months we were there, we had 6 different neighbors on one side and 3 on the other. I know people who have lived in other Southern California Archestone properties and they have not had this same experience which leads me to believe it is due to aspects specific to this building. Namely, the terrible management who never managed to deliver on one thing they said that they would do for us. Even when Atida (she's the worst one for not doing what she says she will) said she would give our movers access to the closer garage door to save them some walking when they were moving us out, she didn't. Which by this point we knew she wouldn't and enlisted the help of maintenance on the day we needed it. read more

They lie about a lot of things like heated pool, good comunication between tenants and management, repairs time frames and extra costs you might have.. First off, it's a great spot near downtown Pasadena. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and minutes away from the metro. Way over priced for what you get. Elevator and building are completely outdated. Gym and pool are great. No spa? Come on, all great apartment facilities have a spa. It's an absolute must. The air conditioning is the loudest worthless piece of garbage ever. The air conditioning experts insist that constant loud noise and off and on tendencies that are incredibly annoying is how an air conditioning system should work. I don't know what planet they are from but that air conditioner was loud and annoying and inconsistent. Their staff was excellent. Quick to respond and very efficient and friendly. The best on call staff ever. Kudos to them and there hard work. Now the laundry machine. Oh boy, this paragraph is not going to be pleasant. The laundry machine uses a credit card machine to take payment. Warning: do not ever use. It consistently doesn't read your debit or credit card and Charges your card without giving the proper balance card. I brought it to the attention to the staff and nothing was done about it. Do yourself a favor and go to a coin laundry place and save your money. Worst piece of garbage ever installed. Cable and Internet. ATT is the worst. They have the quest customer service in the world, you only get charter and att as an option to use. They both suck, don't buy it! Overall it was a decent experience. Charming community with a convenient metro line! In the heart of old town Pasadena. A little expensive but worth it for it's proximity to Colorado Street and all the great restaraunts and bars. There is an outdoor pool, a clubhouse that has pool tables and a gym for the residents all free of charge. My building doesn't allow dogs, but it does allow cats. One building allows dogs- there's a $50 rent every month for an animal though. My favorite part about living here is that my packages get dropped off at the leasing office- so no neighbors steal them and I don't have to sign for them. read more

I, my husband and our two furry babies have been living here, Eaves Old Town Pasadena for 2 years. It is very dog friendly and the staff is friendly and attentive to service requests. Particularly Elise, the supervisor is my dogs' best friend so whenever they walk by her office, they jump into her lap and give her lots of kisses. The location is perfect so everything we need is within walking distance (ex. Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, and even movie theater). read more

BEWARE! This community does not respect your rights as a tenant at all. I received a notice that the kitchen, bathroom, and closet area will be renovated in my apartment in April 2017. The renovations are planned to be done to all apartments, while we tenants are still living there. This means that you have to pack up these areas and live in unlivable conditions during the construction. They insist that you have comply 100% or they will take a legal action. They are doing apartment by apartment all three floors at a time, it looks like the work was planned in advance, but we tenants weren't aware of it. I just renewed my lease in February and no one has told me about the renovations in my place before I renewed my lease. And then in March I received a notice that my apartment is scheduled to be renovated. The apartment renovations are taking anywhere between 10-15 business days, and we, our children and our pets are supposed to live in these conditions on the construction zone in dust, loud noise, dirt, with chemicals flying in the air, hammering, drilling all day, with no privacy, without toilet, kitchen and a bunch of workmen wondering around our apartment around our belongings. No privacy and unhealthy insanitary conditions. And, yes, we are still supposed to pay our rent and keep it quiet... A few facts for you: 1.) I'm living next to a couple of apartments that are currently being remodeled and they are a mess. The conditions are unsanitary: dirty dusty sinks (if you will have a sink, in one apartment a sink in the bathroom was missing), dirty dusty stove and a dirty dusty bathtub. Tiles will be removed and what's left of the floor is covered with white dust, the ceilings have wires sticking out of them. A big portion of the living room and bedroom is being taken up and closed by a piece of plastic with a zip. The management is expecting us and our families to live in these conditions for 2 weeks without any kind of reasonable compensation. 2.) The Dog Park has been closed since March and will remain closed till the construction is over, however we are still paying $50 per pet. The construction workers restrooms are located in the Dog Park now and if you pass by the former Dog Park outside - it smells terrible. I actually feel sorry for them... 3.) The Gym is closed for construction as well and it will take anywhere between 1-3 months. The swimming pool will be closing in September for construction as well. 4.) One of the elevators is very messy, and is filled with dust... Also, waiting for elevator might take up to 15 minutes, since the constructions workers are using it for their purpose... It's the only elevator from the garage, so if you have grocery bags or other items with you are stuck waiting for the elevator. 5.) They deliberately not allowed our mail to be delivered for 1 day because there was construction in the main leasing office area. Just a few days later the mail wasn't delivered for another 5 days. 6.) There are a few tenants whose lease is expiring at the end of July or mid August 2017 and their apartments are scheduled to be renovated in mid July 2017. Avalon has been ignoring their requests to postpone renovations until after their lease expires and they move out (just 2-3 weeks). They also ignored their refusal to entry (which is our basic tenant right according to Civil Code 1954 and Civil Code 1953) and then threatened them with eviction. However, all of us are still paying full rent and no rent reduction has been offered so far. Avalon is stating that the work is being done according to the lease you signed. Which is not true. Nowhere in the lease it says that you are agreeing to the extensive renovations of your kitchen and bathroom. So please beware of that. We still have our basic rights as tenants no matter what lease says. When we are trying to exercise our basic tenant rights and refuse them entry, they enter anyway and then threaten with eviction. For the amount of money they charge us here, and the amount of money they make on us, I as a tenant expect more respect and a much better treatment. Now we have formed a tenant association at our community and bringing these problems to the upper management as well as government agencies. The upper management has ignored our requests for rent reduction or postponing renovations, and are getting a little more aggressive and are just entering apartments anyway. If you are looking to move to this community beware of the above. If you are considering to sign the lease here, this is what you might end up going through. If you have any problems here, this is how you might end up being treated. read more

I'm living here now paying 2100$ a month. The reason why I choose this apt was the safe neighborhood. But the service here is horrible.. people working for the apt try to solve the problem occur everyday but since the apt is old, it is very frequent. Also, last week, Avalon push the renovation process without my consent and horrified me. They just notice me that it will happen. During renovation, they segregate the area I can stay and area for construction with plastic wall. but I can't basically reside there because of dust and noises during the process. They don't pay me back for the uncomfortableness. I have to waste my money to stay in hotel to escape from it. NOT WORTHWHILE FOR THE EXPENSIVE RENT. Don't waste your money to be here.. read more

Eaves Avalon is a good complex in a great location in Pasadena. Pros: The best perks are the fantastic maintenance team, Manuel and Librado who always go above and beyond to address the problems (usually within the same day) and make sure the issue you're concerned is fixed for good. Elise at the leasing office is always helpful and communicates regularly about the everything that's going on in the community. New upgraded Gym! Cons: I wish floor plans were designed a little better concerning the size of the apartments which are not very spacious and the amount of light you get in../Pool in facility was not the best but it's currently going through renovations. (I wish they'd add a Jacuzzi but think not!) read more

This review is all about Manuel. He works at Eaves Oldtown and does maintenance work around the apartment complex. Largely because of him and Elise, my stay at Eaves was one of the best! Manuel goes out of his way to make sure that maintenance requests are completed shortly after you send it in. He's friendly and always has a smile on his face. My fireplace wasn't working and he came in the very next day to fix it! He's not only prompt with his work, but personable too! My husband and I sold our condo in Pasadena and purchased a house. We needed a place to live for about three months during the transition. It was a hectic time for us and we knew we needed a place with as few hassles as possible. After some research, we decided on the Eaves Old Town Pasadena. We had lived in the neighborhood for 15 years and had heard positive comments about improvements, new owners, and new management. Well, we were happy to discover that it was all true - including that they are the most pet friendly people in the city. Elise, Librado, and Manuel were wonderful! They made everything about our stay easy, pleasant, and comfortable. Elise, the office manager, set a tone of friendly professionalism that was so infectious. All of the other tenants seemed pleasant, relaxed, and always very cordial. We only needed one small repair during our stay but Manuel and Librado took care of it same day. I hope the owners appreciate what a treasure Elise is and what a great management team they have there. read more

I have lived at eaves in Old Town for 18 months and am sad to be moving out. The staff is so friendly and accommodating it was a refreshing change from my previous apartment. I live in a single with my dog and Elise (the leasing office manager) was always so welcoming and loving to him. Every time we come back from a walk he was greeted with cookies and kisses from her and he has grown very fond of that visiting time. There have been some construction delays and revamping of the building but the staff mediated it all quite nicely and made sure none of the residents were put out by the changes. They do a great job of organizing building functions in order to have residents meet each other. All in all it has been a great experience living here and I am sad to leave all of it behind :( read more

I have been living in this community for more than 2 years now, and I didn't have problems regarding anything and I'm glad that Eaves (formerly Archstone) was my first choice when I moved here to Pasadena. Eaves is the place that I can really call home, the apartment is nice with all the facilities, the building is always clean and well maintained, the people who live here are nice and polite and the neighborhood is perfect, one block away from the metro gold line and 2 blocks away from Old Town Pasadena. The Manager of this community "Elise" is super competent, friendly and very helpful, anyone can feel how the building is getting better day after day with her being in charge. The maintenance guys Manuel and Librado are the "mission impossible" guys, their services are excellent and will take no time for them to fix anything. Regarding the monthly lease amount, it's kind of expensive with the 6 months lease contract, so I advice anyone to go for longer term lease. Overall I highly recommend this place. read more

I am new to the community, moved in late December so I was warned about the renovation before I signed my lease. My apartment was one of the first to be renovated. I had a lot of concerns due to the fact that I work nights in the ER and tend to sleep during the day. I communicated with Sedona almost every day (yes I was that annoying person) and she talked to the construction team about starting later in the day to help me sleep, as well as not entering my bed room until I woke up. The construction team respected my space when I needed to sleep and really tried to finish the job as quickly as possible! While the renovations were stressful, loud and a bit dirty, now that it's done I'm so happy to have a washer and dryer in the apartment and the hard wood floors are really nice. read more

Eaves (former Archstone) on Del Mar is awesome !! Been living there for more than 2 years now and I absolutely love it! The apartments are really nice. Pool area is fantastic and quiet, I seem to be the only one there most of the time. No loud kids plashing water on you. Elise is a wonderful manager, friendly and super quick to answer to any questions. Manuel and Librado take fantastic care of the premises. If I need something fixed in my apt it's usually done within the same day. Office is open Mon-Sat. You can pick up your packages from there or if you won't be back home until later they will take the package inside your apartment if you ask. Couldn't ask for a better service! Location is perfect; close to the highways and you can walk to Lake and Old Town. Only downside is that the rent is expensive and increased $185 in two years. But it's worth it. read more

Elise is absolutely amazing and so accommodating. She truly makes living here enjoyable. The environment at Eaves Old Town Pasadena is quiet, peaceful, calm and relaxing and the fact that Whole Foods, Houstons, and Trader Joes is in walking distance made it very attractive for me to live here. I moved to California from New York in August. I moved here for work and I needed to find a nice, clean, reasonably priced apartment that was close to the Metro. Eaves of old Town on Del Mar Blvd. is the perfect fit for me. First of all, Elise was a God send. She is so friendly, very easy to talk to, she responded quickly to my inquiries and she was very helpful in getting me moved in. She has continued to be one of the most friendly, good natured, helpful women I know and I am very happy to see her smiling face each day. I live in a one bedroom apartment. The complex is clean, quiet, it's pet friendly, kid friendly, and the amenities are great. The laundry facility is clean and the machines are always working. The gym is very well equipped and very well taken care of. The maintenance staff, Librado and Manuel, are very friendly, very helpful and have respond to my inquiries very quickly. The location is fantastic for me. I don't have a car yet and so I commute to work using the Gold Line. eaves Old Town on Del Mar Blvd is conveniently located close to the Metro (Del Mar Station), I can walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, Paseo Colorado is two blocks away and Lake Avenue is full of great shopping and restaurants. So for someone like me, who doesn't have a car yet, Pasadena is very pedestrian friendly and eaves is extremely conveniently located. I absolutely love living in my Avalon community. I love Pasadena. I love California. I am happy that I am here and would recommend eaves Old Town to everyone. read more

I am very impressed with the quality of customer service since we moved in. We had some minor issues with a cabinet door and a drawer that weren't closing quite right. In less than 24 hours, they were fixed! The ongoing communication and the positive atmosphere in the building and community would be hard to beat. I liked that the apartment building was near several shopping areas and restaurants. This complex is awesome. It is clean and the amenities make me feel like I'm living it up. I don't know how I would live without the bark park for my puppy. Elise, the manager, is the best thing about this complex. She makes everyone feel welcome. The neighbors are quiet. With the door closed, you can hardly hear anything going on outside. The location is perfect. I walk to Trader Joes, Whole Foods and the gold line station. Going to Old Town is a bit father away but an enjoyable walk. read more

We recently moved to this place and we absolutely LOVE it! The building is always kept looking beautiful and I love that this is a dog friendly facility that has it's own dog park. The staff are Very friendly and always so helpful. The manager Elise is AMAZING!! She is sooooo nice and does whatever she can to make sure whoever moves here is happy and well taken care of!! She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond for all her tenants. I definitely appreciate all she's done for us!! Great place but this company is a bunch of thieves. The amenities are great, although the apartment facing del mar will get a lot of noise during rush hour. The apartments are well designed. The maintenance guys, Manuel and Librado are awesome and fix everything right-on-time. But, lease renewal comes and they will hike your rent. First they don't offer anything but 12 months leases -- anything else is insanely expensive, like DOUBLE the rent (yes, double, i'm not making it up, i'm talking $4500 per month for a two bedroom apartment). And at the end of your 1-year lease, they will jack it up. For me it was 12%. For a neighbor, after harsh negociations, it was about 9%. Another neighbor left earlier this year and told me it had been a common practice recently. Result is: many people, including me, leave after a year, sometimes two. And you have much better apartments around -- don't look for other Avalon stuff though... These business practices are borderline fraudulent and I know I will never rent from this company (or associated ones) ever again. Edit: there you have it in their answer to my review. It is very courteous -- which I appreciate -- but it tells you: they only consider "the market". Not the community, not the people: who cares if they are unhappy after all, all that matters is the cash. It certainly is their right to think so and act accordingly, but you have been warned people: don't expect anything else. read more

Let's face it, living in Pasadena is not without a high price tag. That being said, there are two major reasons I choose to channel the majority of my meager income on rent. first of all, location, location, location. Seriously, I could not ask for better placement. In fact, I rarely use my car. About halfway between two Trader Joe's (including the original!), Whole Foods, my yoga studio, beacon de restaurants, the fabulous Pasadena Playhouse, and my work. Perfect-o! Even better though, is the staff here at Eaves. Manuel and Labrido (sp?) keep this place in tip-top shape. They are, hands down, the two hardest-working men on the planet. They will bend over backwards to help anyone, anytime. Whenever I have had a service request they have attended to my apartment promptly and throughly. best of all, they are incredibly friendly and caring. Would recommend Eaves based on these two alone. Elise, in the office is also terrific. Helpful, cheerful, and down-to-earth she works hard to ensure all of the residents have a good experience. She has organized get togethers, kept the coffee stocked, and alerted residents to any upcoming changes. Five star staff! read more

I have called Eaves Old Town Pasadena home for many years. It is a great place to live. The facility and grounds are kept in excellent condition. The property is located in a quiet, beautiful Pasadena neighborhood, and it is only a ten minute freeway drive to Dodger Stadium or The Music Center. You can walk to the Rose Bowl. Elise in the front office is always helpful and cheerful. Manuel and Librado are an amazing maintenance team. If I need anything taken care of in my apartment, it is always attended to very quickly. Often the same day! From changing an air conditioning filter to fixing a leaky faucet, these guys are great! I also appreciate the fact that there is a parking garage (not a car port). If it is raining, I can walk from my apartment to my car or the laundry or mail room, without getting wet. I also have a terrific view of the San Gabriel mountains from my balcony! What more could you ask for? read more
