I was looking for an SUV thought I might want a Lexus-- SUV-- so I thought rather than deal with a dealer I would try a leasing company. Well-- that was a mistake-- they don't have cars on their lot-- you have to go to dealers anyway and drive the cars you want to see-- and then they're always trying to get you into a car. So, Zach-- while friendly enough-- just really had a difficult customer while I was dealing with him myself-- sounded like a real mess. I finally settled on a domestic brand SUV and bought it from a dealer and I found that my monthly payment was less I was dealing with the manufacturer and I had somewhere to take my car if I needed it-- none of this was true with E-Autolease-- I wouldn't lease a vehicle-- the whole thing seems shady. This is not a place I felt comfortable doing business with. And quite frankly-- the way that some other customers appear to be treated-- and left for dead like Mr. Merola-- his story sounds horrible.
