Great Professional Staff !!! This Business is a perfect example of what your dream experience should be when it comes to getting yourself a new car. Leasing & Financing they worked with me literally almost simialtaniasly in a very hands on and direct manner. I felt very comfortable and at ease when it came to dealing with a Gentleman named Nick. He is the most professional & honest person I had the pleasure dealing with in all my experiences when it comes to getting a new/used car, both in financing terms & leasing. He took all the stress off my back & put it on his own. They really cared for me through out my entire experience with them from beginning to end as a family orientated atmosphere would, and who wouldn't want that!? Exactly ! Everyone does !! To Nick and all the staff there it was more then just helping someone get themselves a new car. Instead it was their main focus to make sure Im happy & comfortable through out every little step and detail no matter what i decided to get or not get. With absolutely no pressure at all ! Which to me was the most relief personally. They ran me through every single detail and explained everything to me in a calm & non rushed manner until i was 110% sure with my decision . Which most of know from experience is almost unheard of. Especially in Nyc where everyone just wants to make a quick buck of you& do it as fast as possible so they can move on to the next client. I truly & honestly appreciate all that they did for me & the manner in which they handled levee single step of the way through out the process. AI recommend everyone & anyone to give them a shot at making your dream come true before making thay very important final decision . They are truly amazing at what they do& everyone should experience thay kind of sincerity & professionalism atleast omce in their life. To Nick & The Entire Staff !! Thank You Guys Very Much !! You Guys Truly Rock !!! read more

Two weeks ago, I frantically reached out to E Auto Lease because I needed to get into a new lease immediately. My previous leasing company was unable to accommodate me because of issues with my credit, and I honestly wasn't sure what my options would be. Zach immediately stepped in and worked absolute magic. Not only was he able to secure a lease for me at an amazing price, but he also found exactly the vehicle I wanted in less than 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, he communicated with me, kept me updated, and made sure the vehicle he was securing truly matched what I was looking for--and it absolutely did. Zach handled everything, including the insurance and all of the necessary paperwork. By the very next day, the vehicle was delivered directly to my home. He went above and beyond to make sure I secured a lease that met all of my needs, and somehow he was even able to keep the payment below the price point I had originally hoped for. Hands down, this was one of the smoothest and most stress-free experiences I have ever had leasing a vehicle. Zach made what felt like an overwhelming situation incredibly easy from beginning to end. I am so grateful for everything he did and will absolutely continue working with him in the future. I highly recommend Zach and E Auto Lease to anyone looking for exceptional service, communication, and results. read more

eAutoLease, Car dealer is THE MOST helpful, knowledge, and VERY professional staff that you can trust when it comes to attaining your car. I honestly did not know what to expect as I have never leased a car before, however Zoriy and staff was beyond efficient and successful. The level of TRUST and commitment that was dedicated in helping my husband and myself was tremendously appreciated and greatly proven by the work and time that Zoriy and staff gave to us. It did not matter the time of day that you reached out to Zoriy, he would always make "your" time "his" time, which is a quality that you CANNOT find anywhere in this day and age,( I remember reaching out to Zoriy at 1AM and he responded immediately to me, literally a few minutes after I had emailed him, which to me was incredible) and for that eAutoLease is the absolute best Car dealer you can spend your money and time with. Lastly, the quality of service is prodigious, immeasurable and just plain old fashion "Awesomeness". I am super happy with my purchase from eAutoLease Car dealer, my brand new GLE 350 is BOMB!!! :)) Upon delivery Zoriy took the time to explain all the features to me which was another level of quality of service that was super exceptional. I highly recommend eAutoLease to anyone who is searching for a vehicle read more

First off let me start by saying look no further than this company if you want to get a new car. This was my first ever car lease and after looking at local dealerships I decided to do business with someone named Ilya. Upon reading reviews of other places it was hard to believe that this company has such a high rating. From the first phone call we had already established a good deal. Ilya really went the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted and at a price that made it too good to be true. I even did my own research before signing anything but the price we spoke of from the beginning did not change so I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of since this is my first lease. On the second day of submitting my credit application I was handed the keys to the exact car I asked for. No surprises, no hassle, he took the guess work out of everything and made everything so convenient for me as I work and go to school. We communicated through a few phone calls and even texts. I highly recommend this place to do business. Extremely professional and the customer service was amazing. read more

I was looking for an SUV thought I might want a Lexus-- SUV-- so I thought rather than deal with a dealer I would try a leasing company. Well-- that was a mistake-- they don't have cars on their lot-- you have to go to dealers anyway and drive the cars you want to see-- and then they're always trying to get you into a car. So, Zach-- while friendly enough-- just really had a difficult customer while I was dealing with him myself-- sounded like a real mess. I finally settled on a domestic brand SUV and bought it from a dealer and I found that my monthly payment was less I was dealing with the manufacturer and I had somewhere to take my car if I needed it-- none of this was true with E-Autolease-- I wouldn't lease a vehicle-- the whole thing seems shady. This is not a place I felt comfortable doing business with. And quite frankly-- the way that some other customers appear to be treated-- and left for dead like Mr. Merola-- his story sounds horrible. I bought elsewhere and glad I did. Thanks anyway Zach-- My advice-- go to a dealer. read more

Zoriy and his team are absolute lifesavers. What started as a stressful end-of-lease nightmare quickly turned into one of the easiest car experiences I've ever had. After the manufacturer refused to extend my lease and gave me only a few days to return the car, these guys stepped in and handled everything from start to finish. They found me a perfect replacement car, got all the paperwork done in minutes, delivered the new car to my office the very next day, and even took my old car back with them. They handled the entire inspection and return negotiation on my behalf -- all with a smile. On top of that, they saved me money on my new lease. What could've been a complete mess became a smooth, stress-free solution. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommend. read more

Five Stars! I had an absolutely amazing experience with eAutoLease. From start to finish, they made the entire leasing process smooth, stress-free, and incredibly easy. Not only did they get me an amazing car at a fantastic deal, but they also handled all the paperwork efficiently and coordinated an out-of-state delivery without a hitch. What really impressed me was the personal touch--they even took the time to set up my phone and walk me through all the car's features and options to make sure I was completely comfortable before driving off. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail really stood out. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I had an amazing experience working with Alex Shevchenko at E Auto Lease. He helped me get my Nissan Rogue in less than 24 hours and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. I recently leased my first car with the help of Felix Lemberskiy. I went to a couple of dealers first before working with Felix, and I have to say that I'm so happy that I ultimately found him. Felix was attentive and answered all of my questions - and that was a lot. He explained all my options to me, including the pros and cons of every car I considered. He was a great resource and is obviously very knowledgeable about cars. I never felt pressured by him, and he took time to understand what type of driver I am, and what type of car I wanted. Overall, I had a really positive experience and got my car within a few days of first speaking with him. The car is perfect, and was exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Felix!! read more

My car was delivered straight to my house and all paperwork was done at my house, which was amazing since I didn't have to go anywhere!!!! I had a great experience with E Auto Lease and particularly with Gene. Gene is a true gentleman, he gave me his own cell number and was available to answer all my questions day or night. He knows everything there is to know about cars. He took care of everything for me including the registration and switching over my insurance. Gene was with me from start to finish and personally delivered my car to my door. I hardly had to even lift a finger! E Auto Lease is the best of the best.
