I don't often post reviews, but when I do it's always because the care and service was above and beyond. I knew my lease was expiring in December and was considering several vehicles, but really couldn't make a decision for a variety of reasons, one of which being pricing. Iggy was able to walk me through the feature comparison of all the cars I was looking at to help me understand what made the most sense for my family, wallet and personal driving enjoyment. I want to thank Marcelo B of Primetime Motor Group. I was shopping for a specific car a Nissan Murano SL white pearl with moonroof and beige interior . I first shopped at all the local dealer. They did not have the beige interior and the price to lease was super high. I then shopped in NJ again no luck no beige interior and high price . Marcelo was recommend to me. I spoke with him on the phone and he found the Murano for me. It was not easy for Marcelo as he had to search for the car with the specs I desired . This was my first time ever leasing a car through someone other than the dealership. I contacted Marcelo to see if he was capable of finding my 2018 Infiniti Q60S in iridium blue and he told me no problem give me a few hours. At around 4pm he had contacted me and told me he found the car I was looking for, these are all the forms to fill out and I'll get the car to you by tonight. First time getting a car from Boris, was recommended by a few friends. Pristine experience. I knew the price of what I was looking for and he beat that price without any negotiation. When i changed some details of my car, the price changed by less than $2, and he still called me to confirm that was ok, I've had experiences with other leasing companies that last minute changed the price and only told me at signing, so I really appreciated his transparency. I wanted a specific color combination that wasn't available, he didn't try and steer me towards his availability. Instead, he went out of his way to find exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner.
