They have an assortment of Circle T rolled leather collars in different colors and varying circumferences. The price is right, too. They were a little bit more money than I've seen elsewhere, but also cheaper than I've seen at fancier boutiques. It's getting harder and harder to find these high quality products, so there's that too. We were basically in and out in a matter of minutes, so I didn't see too many other items, but what I did see looked good and there were lots of other people there with their pets. The cashier was friendly and he got us in and out in a jiffy.

One was out of shampoon/conditioner the other filthy so I needed to clean it before using it - the collar to hold the dog was broken also. My dog food purchase for the the day with tax totaled 95.98. I am 80 years old and was (which is the first time ever) not asked to help carry out. It was raining and one of the clerks said (I was pushing the cart, purse and dog in hand) I will hold the door," I responded would you please bring in the cart, the response was leave it on the sidewalk I'll get it later. Half Golden Retriever and half Chow and has what it is referred to as a double coat. They spent hours with her getting her combed and blown out. She also had matted back legs. ( her coat is beautiful when she is done but a nightmare when it's not ) while it was a bit on the expensive side ( $120-$130 ) it was also necessary and she looked beautiful when I picked her up and she smelled lovely. Unfortunately they are short staffed so it takes a while to get a return appointment. Taking her back in today!

Billowing smoke coming off engine when I opened the hood to check battery size. Called the service dept. and explained my dilemma and fear of smoke. They came out immediately to check the situation and determined it was residual smoke from replacement of parts. Then proceeded to assist in swapping out the battery with the new one in the parking lot to calm my nerves. I'M a 67 yr.old female and when I needed help they stepped up to the plate immediately and helped a woman, grandma in need. So thank you again Hunter and David.

It is truly amazing how many items they pack into their store, and how many gorgeous pets they have! There are easily 40 - 50 fish tanks with freshwater and saltwater varieties. There are also a great variety of newts, crabs, snails and water frogs to look at. (I have two fire-bellied newts from there, they're just the cutest!) Many different lizards, snakes and turtles. There are always PUPPIES to look at, whether they're for sale, or being trained. Lots of rodents and bunnies, along with birds, and a super awesome parrot that's been there forever and a day (Romeo!!) There's also a few free-range cats that just roam the store. Prices are a little bit higher on certain specialty items than Petco or PetSmart, but other items (like feeding crickets!) are a lot cheaper. Not to mention they have a lot of items that the big stores don't have. It's always clean here. The staff is ALWAYS nice here. And I've had much healthier pets from from Tropic Waters than any other chain pet store I've been to. I'd give them a 6th star if possible, they deserve it!

Their supply for rocks & conditioner was very limited & only had 1 brand that I've never heard of so I purchased them. The rock instructions mentioned to soak them for 48 hours but out of all my years of having a fish I've never had a problem with inserting rocks with water conditioner. However I'm very disappointed in this place for even selling this type of fish rocks... They are filled with chlorine & killed my fish within an hour of placing him in his newly cleaned tank. What Fish Store Sells Chlorine Covered Rocks???? They also didn't have any automatic fish feeders except for 1 that was way over priced. Very disappointed in this locally owned store.

I was looking for fresh catnip and struck out. I witnessed the cashier tell a family who were planning on buying a hamster that even though they thought it would be a good idea to "spoil" their hamster and buy the biggest cage, she said the hamster would feel safer and more secure in one of the smaller enclosures. I like that she was not trying to upsell for money and was thinking about the animal first. Convenient location. The store is always nice and clean. They usually only have one person on staff to check out and help with the animals which can cause delays in getting help. But the people that work there are nice. After arriving and speaking with a staff member my granddaughter and I spent an hour falling in love with this little gal. Before leaving we were going to pay her adoption fee and ask a few more questions only to be told that the kitten wouldn't be a good fit and doesn't get along with other cats. Which clearly stated on her page that she was good with other cats! After listening to there reasons that she wouldn't be a good fit I told them that my granddaughter and I had already fallin in love with her and I was willing to give her a try and to work with her if needed to only be totally discouraged to even do that. I don't understand how when we first arrived we were not told this information immediately so we didn't spend an hr with her becoming totally attached and in love with her. They could of also called me prior to the visit but didn't! I specifically told the gal that I was looking for a playmate for the cat that I already have right when we arrived! The least they could of done was be willing to let us give her a try instead of discouraging us in every way possible! They said the choice was mine but every time I said I would still take her they went on and on about it just wasn't going to work! So clearly the choice wasn't mine! My 10 yr old granddaughter was in tears all the way home and I'm SO DISAPPOINTED UPSET AND HEART BROKEN I don't even want to adopt another kitten at this point! Such and awful experience!
