However, if you don't and realize the animal isn't the right fit for your family after meeting them, they ban you from applying for other pets. They also are very rude and get upset and confrontational if you question them at all.

I took my rabbit, Stormi, here because of their very affordable spay prices. I had to drive two hours away, because most clinics in the Madison, WI area are extremely expensive to get a spay for exotic small pets. I picked my baby girl Stormi up from this location and she was fine, surgery successful, but she looked incredibly traumatized. Rabbits can't speak so all we can do is try our best to understand how they might be feeling, so I attributed this look to the pain and disorientation from being spayed. I think I was wrong. A week later my other bunny, Sunshine, had her spay here. We drove 2 hours and a half to this clinic just to get a call from them a couple of hours later letting us know that my favorite little bunny, Sunshine, had passed away. She was freshly 6 months old, and had no prior illnesses. I regret, so deeply, caring so much about the affordability of this surgery that I put my girl at risk. If you truly love and care about your pets, especially sweet little rabbits, PLEASE don't take the same risk I did. The affordability ISN'T WORTH IT THE RISK OF LOSING YOUR PETS! I was supposed to pick my bunny up that day and take her home, but instead, my boyfriend and I picked up her body (which was on the floor when we got there) and buried her in a shallow grave. The people here do not care about YOUR pet. It is just another animal to them. Please don't go to this clinic, invest in your animals. They love you and they trust you to put them in the hands of vets that will take care of them. I will never go here again - and I hope bunny owners see this so they can look elsewhere. It will break your heart to know that you handed your little bunny to people who (you will feel) killed them. It will bring you pain to go back to your home and see the ghost of your fur baby everywhere you turn. All of the things you are annoyed by, you will wish you could have it all back. Don't make the same mistake I did. PLEASE.
