The salad bar is always fresh and inviting. The staff is polite and always quick with our order. The new look is eyecatching as well.

Most Eat'N Park restaurants would be a default 3 stars for me and I mean that in the best way possible. Cheap meals that rarely disappoint is a good recipe for success. I have to say though, this was the best meal I've had from an E'N P in quite some time. I really enjoyed my meal here. Just regular, family style American food at a good price. Nothing amazing, but very satisfying. The server was also nice enough to let my friend sample one of the pickled eggs from the salad buffet. As a Canadian tourist, this is exactly the sort of place I expect to find myself in on a shopping trip to the states. There's no alcohol served at this restaurant, which was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to live with it. read more

A great place to visit with a family. The salad bar is ample, clean and full of fresh fruit and veggies. You can always get basic diner favorites such as burgers (and the yummy Superburger). Breakfast is good too, with a really nice weekend buffet. I would say Eat'n Park is best for a quick meal when you are on the go or at the outlet mall. It's immediately off I-79, so again, great for travelers on the go. I don't think this is a place to find everything homemade, but it is still a nice predictable place to go for a meal. read more

A group of my friends and I stopped in here on the way to Pittsburgh. I had no idea what to expect. We were all pleasantly surprised at the service and food quality! Their breakfast buffet is the bomb! For only $10 you can't really beat this food! I would recommend this place to anyone. Not sure why there's a couple negative reviews on here. We had a five star experience! The only downside I can think of is driving thru the mall lot to get there. But it's worth the extra navigating! read more

Good food for super cheap. Had a party of 14, which required two separate tables. No biggie. Our server was very friendly, but a smidge overworked between our table and all her other tables. She handled it like a champ though. It was busy due to it being the weekend before Christmas. Food was decent, no one walked away angry. I ordered the Rosemary chicken and very impressed. My G-Pa had the spicy pepper pasta and enjoyed it, but said it had very little spice. Hubby ordered breakfast, which he liked. Can't speak on everyone else's food. Prices were good. For 14 people the total bill was about $140 (without top) and you can't beat that. I would not be opposed to eating here again. Only downside to this place is getting to the parking lot is a pain the ass since you have to navigate through the outlet mall lot to get to it. read more

I had dinner here with a friend tonight. Now this wasn't like any other time I've enjoyed some dinner with a friend at Eat N Park. This evening was magical. We we're blessed with Andrea as a server. She was on her A-Game. She was there with drinks when we were parched. She brought food when we were hungry. Truly perfect timing. She was so friendly and attentive to our needs. "If there's an Eat 'N' Park anywhere in the world, Susan'll find it!". So said my brother Paul the other day, knowing full well my affinity for the Smiley Cookie & their coffee. We'd taken a roadtrip up to Erie to see Buddy Guy in concert and stopped here on our way home. We'd gotten delayed by the rain and besides, my sugars were getting a little low (I have type-1 diabetes). My usual BLT was okay but only just okay. Even though there wasn't anything particularly horrible about it, it just seemed a little bland. On the other hand this Eat 'N' Park redeemed itself with a great stuffed pepper soup and their outstanding coffee. They should've called it Eat N' Party because it's so friggin fun!!! The smily face cookies just make my day and the staff make my smile even bigger! It's open really late at night, so you can go there late at night, even if it's getting late, or if it's later on in the day, because it's open for a really long time. Seriously though, they're open late, and it's great, especially if it's getting late. I'm actually writing this review kinda late, now that I think about it. Was contacted by a Josh to "make it right" and I doubt anything has been done unfortunately.. He did ask if I wanted a gift card to try the place out again, I accepted and he said that he has to talk with his management....I thought a manager was calling me, what was the point of this whole process?! Gosh. A Pittsburgh native, Kristen Y. took us to Eat'n Park after we passed by it and had been deliberating over breakfast options. She grew up with the commercials and the trademark smiley cookies (which she insisted on buying for us). She made no pretensions about the quality of the food, and I think the way that she set such extremely low expectations for us made me pleasantly surprised with our results. Despite the description that she had given, Eat'n Park was actually not a greasy, nasty diner (not that she said so - it's just my interpretation). It's well-lit, clean, and almost like a diner. Justin Y. went for the unlimited buffet (which was really cheap, actually); it transformed from breakfast into lunch when it passed 11am. I got the meat lovers' omelette, which was very mediocre, but nothing to complain about. UMMMM ew. Never again. Came through here while driving back to Chicago...and it was not good. First of all, our service was BADDDDD. Not too friendly and our food took forever. There were four of us eating there and two of us had ordered salads (the other orders being a chicken blt and another sandwich). When I finalllllly got my salad, it was totally gross, almost inedible. I realize that this may not be the best place to get a salad but still...it shouldn't gross me out to be eating it. This was just bad. I woke up on Sunday morning and was dying for a delicious greasy breakfast. Our hotel was diagonal from the eat 'n park and I was definitely in a Denny's type of mood so I assumed this was my best bet. We were seated right away and the host was very nice. I ogled the menu for about five minutes debating if a breakfast plus a couple of sides would be too much. My guilt won out and I decided on the waffle smile. Two eggs, bacon or sausage and a waffle. Still a lot of food but I felt better that I wasn't adding anything extra. Our waitress was prompt and it was really no frills. Our food came out reasonably quick. The first thing I noticed was both of my eggs were busted and running all over everything on the plate. I did choose over easy but usually they make it from the line to the table intact. I also didn't want my waffle soaking up all of the yolk so I immediately picked it up when she put the plate down. She quickly walked away before I could even ask for another plate to place it on. I finally got her attention and she said "oh yeah, i figured you would want another plate." Really? You figured? I'm literally holding my waffle in my hand because I'm insane and don't want egg juice on it and you figured i might want another plate. OK thanks! Besides the eggs being faint memories of their former selves they were undercooked and runny. I barely ate them. The bacon was decent and the waffle was nothing special. I should've just woken up early to make a waffle at the hotel but I figured this would be at least one step above hotel/continental breakfast food. Apparently not. My boyfriend got a bagel sandwich which came with a side of home fries and fruit. the home fries were raw and the fruit was squishy and tasteless. The sandwich was okay but like everything else it was messy and unsatisfying. It was a disappointing meal when I was so looking forward to a greasy run of the mill breakfast. This would have been their time to shine but unfortunately they crashed and burned. The Eat 'N Park is just not good. I would hold out for a Waffle House or an actual Denny's if you are looking for an unhealthy breakfast. read more

My wife and I went to eat 'n Park yesterday, she ordered off of the menu and got coffee I ordered the salad bar/breakfast bar and I got coffee as well the problem started when I was getting food from the breakfast bar I guess I took food from the wrong container and one of the salad bar workers started yelling at me, my wife and I did not stay at the restaurant at this point instead we decided that it would be best if we left, before leaving we asked to speak to a manager and I explain to him what happened in the lobby, we go to eat 'n Park every Saturday and every Sunday and the level of service that we had received on this day was so pathetic that we really don't ever plan on returning to this restaurant, my wife was scared because she was being yelled at like she is a child I simply handed the plate of food Back to the worker and she took it in the back, I don't know what she did with it from there but that's on them. I have never been yelled at by somebody for getting food from a buffet when I was in there to eat from the buffet. This day we drove all the way to hermitage to go to bob Evans, I'll have you know...the service was excellent and we were not yelled at or berated at all! We were to your Eat N Park yesterday July 31 ordered our meals along with salads to start with. On my husbands last bite of salad he noticed something crunchy in his salad, and uopn taking it out of his mouth it was a piece of glass dish. We alerted the waitress and she in turn alerted the manager. She came over and apologized for the problem and was very glad that he was not hurt. Now we never complained or was mad at the situation, but was just taken aback because we were not offered any kind of discounts on our dinners of any kind. Now we eat at Eat N Park quite regularly because my husband has Celiacs and you offer a Gluten Free Menu. We we just out for motorcycle ride yesterday and stopped at yours. I have never had a standout meal at the Grove City Eat'nPark. At best it's always been mediocre, with dirty floors, slow service, and a salad bar that always looks like yesterday's dumpster discoveries. But the last three meals there have been terrible, especially last night's, so I'm done with the place. Last night: we arrived around 9 p.m. and were seated next to the salad bar. Two minutes after we were seated, an employee arrived to empty the salad bar and clean out all of the ice by scraping bucketful after bucketful into a cart. It sounded like she was demolishing a small building. And when she was done, another employer arrived with a vacuum cleaner to start sucking up all of the food on the floor around the salad bar, so we had to listen to that noise throughout the entire meal. Consideration for the customer's experience? None! My A1 Burger had not a drop of A1 sauce on it, had zero seasoning and was overcooked. My friend's mushroom and swiss burger was a hockey puck with no seasoning and no condiments whatsoever. This restaurant has finally reached the bottom; it's the pits. Lots of better choices in the area. Even the Outlets food court has better food and service. read more
