We were a little overwhelmed by the menu, however our "exceptional" server was so helpful in explaining the many different options and how best to eat them. Please don't be afraid to ask. Everything we ate was, thoughtfully present. I feel the food is meant to be shared and enjoyed with loved ones and friends. It's more of an experience than just setting down and eating. The best way I can explain it, it is, an experience. It's meant to be enjoyed with family, friends. We started with Green Tea that came in a beautiful tea pot and cup set. It was ecstatically pleasing. We ordered a lot and enjoyed sharing. What we selected from the menu with the help of the amazing staff. Wonton Soup Enough to feed three. A gently refreshing broth. It comes with seaweed. If you don't like an ocean taste, than say "please no seaweed". It can be somewhat fishy. I loved the seaweed because I'm not deterred by the taste of the sea. Personally, this soup is soul food. PERFECT Pork and Shrimp Dumplings I'm pretty sure they pan fried this. If I'm correct, they nailed it. It's perfection. Dip it in some sauce and fly me home. Sichuan Wonton with chilli oil Sauce Okie, this is what gold taste like. I shit you not, I drank the sauce. TF, it's perfection in a dish. Get this, get this and nothing else and your day will be made. I'm not sure why you're even contemplate it. Best thing in my opinion on the menu. Green Onion Pancake Meh Crystal Shrimp Dumpling! What the hell is this crack? This dish needs Michelin Stars. Maybe 3. All I can say is thank you! Thank you for making this dish. Just get it, pay for two orders and then come back tomorrow and get another two because it's that good. Thank you dumping time for bringing my family together for the enjoyment of food. Can't wait to come back :)

Truly an incredibly underrated restaurant that more people need to try! I always go here for my…read moreextra spicy pork Larb and they always make it to perfection. I've had it sit down and take out, and in both instances the serving size was really good making it way worth the price. When I've ordered online, they always pay close attention to the extra instructions I add about adding cucumber and spice so you don't have to worry about that being overlooked. The ambiance of the restaurant is honestly top tier with the real flowers and candles on each table, aesthetic consistency, along with their round turning table perfect for large parties. These are the things I've tried from there: Orange chicken: 7/10 (and only because it's not my favorite dish anywhere, I just tried a bite of someone else's but it's good and has fresh mandarin in it; it quickly became my dad's favorite dish there) Pork Larb: again and again 10/10 I could eat this everyday Sesame chicken: 8/10 (not the best of the best I've tried but still very good) Kick boxing chicken: 10/10 Sticky rice: 10/10 perfect with my Larb Thai tea: 10/10. the best Thai tea I've had in Michigan. Very creamy and great flavor I've had a lot of Asian food in my day but this place is definitely one of the best in what they have.

The chicken wings could have had more Thai flavor, but overall a decent wing with a nice texture. Red curry is among the top in town, according to my partner! The wonton egg noodle soup was good, but I was disappointed in the flavor and quantity of the pork. The wontons were very good, though. Do they have bacon inside? Yum! The mango stick rice was excellent, and enough for four people! Quite the value. We'll try more from the menu here for sure and I'll report back on the rest!

I came here tonight with 6 girls for a birthday dinner & I have to share my experience!…read more First off, on the way to the restaurant we called to add a seat & they were so kind about adding!! It was such a nice vibe inside. Hate when nice restaurants have TVs tho. (They have a 15 minute grace period btw) Our waiter, Jordaee, was awesome! He was so attentive to what we needed and took our orders quickly. He did a great job explaining the menu. Now the food -- so so good!!!! The spicy edamame has this sauce that's so good!! The blue fin roll was so so good & the king ora! GET THE GARLIC NOODLES & YAKI UDON! Get it! Don't skip! (Get the tenderloin in the yaki We were all having a great time. Here's my only qualm: We were there for a birthday and we paid for the dessert..... I totally thought it would be comped or something. We would have skipped the cake if we knew tbh. That was our only skip of the meal. Also, the manager or owner (idk) his name is Mo! He was so kind! Came to us when he saw we were done eating because he thought we didn't like the food. We were just waiting for boxes, don't worry Mo! We loved the food! Come here, but beware you'll spend money. But it's good!

Some meals begin with promise. Others deliver on it. My evening at Zuzu managed to do both with…read morejust enough intrigue along the way to keep things interesting. The experience opened with the ube tacos, which I can only describe as a delightful and unexpected introduction. They set the tone beautifully: playful, vibrant, and full of personality. The kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite and think, okay... we might be in for something special here. Then came the jalapeño hamachi, which -- and I say this with a heavy heart -- didn't quite rise to the occasion. It wasn't bad, but it felt... quiet. Like a conversation that had potential but never quite found its voice. I was expecting a spark, a kick, a memorable moment, but instead, it passed by politely without leaving much of an impression. It was okay, and I enjoyed tasting this roll. But just when I began to wonder where the night would ultimately land, the Ora King salmon arrived, and with it, redemption. This dish was, quite simply, fantastic. A clean, refreshing punch of flavor that felt perfectly suited for a warm spring day. The salmon didn't just sit on the plate - it shined. Light yet satisfying, delicate yet confident. It was the kind of dish that reminds you why you go out to eat in the first place. Overall, Zuzu delivered an experience that felt intentional, creative, and worth exploring. A perfect place to celebrate an anniversary with my Love. Not every note hit perfectly, but when it did, it sang. And to close the night on the highest of notes, a special shoutout to our waitress, Que B, whose service was nothing short of exceptional. Attentive, caring, and effortlessly warm; the kind of presence that turns a great meal into a memorable experience. Would I return? Absolutely. Because any place that can serve a moment like that salmon and pair it with service like that is a place worth revisiting.
