I have been a fan of this restaurant for years, everywhere I went everyone I spoke to I always said wonderful things about the burgers here. Went to the counter, was greeted by the cashier, ordered burgers for my and my partner. Instead of fresh fountain I was given a can of diet soda even though their refills used to be free, didn't mind, sat down and started waiting for my food, the person who brought my food literally placed the tray on my table, mumbled few words in the mouth and left, no "enjoy the food" or "let me know if you need anything elsel". Mind you I paid 35 bucks for 2 burgers with 1 side of fries. I was not at the drive through of Mcdonalds. Anyways all of these things can be ignored if the food was upto the standard. The chicken piece inside the burger was over cooked, fries in the burger, pale and no flavor, bacon, smaller then a french fry, store bought cheese like it was slapped on top with zero love. I asked for mayo and it felt like they ran out of mayo and just took the last scoop and smacked it on my burger, kept looking for mayo, couldn't find it. The side of french fries was good. No sauces on the burger either. I am highly disappointed and I hope the management reads this and fixes these issues, as I would love to stay a regular customer and change my review back to 5 star.
