I love to see a street spot in Suffolk county. I am not usually in the area but I was looking for something just like Eatcetera Deli. Definitely more catered to take out but they do have dine in options and the food is excellent. Along with the great service, they also have multiple options with such a diverse menu. It was hard to not want to eat here everyday for lunch. That alone shows that I will be coming back soon.

Stopped in here while in the area for Work. Wow great food at a great price. Huge portions too. The girl at the counter was very friendly as well.

Authentic empanadas! Great customer service! I love the authentic Colombian soda selection as well. Besides the empanadas, the platters are all very tasty and reasonably priced. The only minor complaint I have is that they don't always label / separate the different empanadas but I will continue giving them my business !

Super friendly, cool vibe inside. Ordered the crunch wrap, and it couldn't have been better. 11/10 recommend !!

Do not miss the opportunity to try these delicious juices. Refreshing and delicious.

You ever have a favorite spot that you go to to grab a delicious bite to eat...but you really want to keep it a secret because it's so good?!? Well, they say loose lips sinks ships...but in this case, loose lips gets to munch on some delicious empanadas and much more! This deli cafe offers some of the most authentic Spanish style empanadas, rice, beans and of course, pernil as well as a variety of tacos, wraps burritos and their authentic Cuban sandwiches. Did I mention how delicious the food is? The variety of empanadas is mind boggling and it's made FRESH to order!! You won't be disappointed...it's that good! While you're waiting on your fresh empanadas, grab one of their delicious tropical juices like mango, guanabaña, or passion fruit or a great cup of cafe con leche. In this trip, I ordered the bucket of empanadas and just had to grab one on my drive back to the office. Kudos to Mike and his hard working crew. They make you feel as if you're a part of his circle and you get a friendly smile and a hardy hello! I've done my job to best describe this spot...now do yours and make your way to Eatcetra and support your local business!!

I had to double check that this was the correct place I was reviewing because of all the great reviews posted about this place. We were so excited to try this restaurant because of the almost 5 stars it had. I told my husband order a couple of different thing so we could try them. My mom ordered the Cuban sandwich, she hasn't had in since the 90's at the la cubanita in Brentwood where they were made perfectly. This half a "real Cuban sandwich " was not good at all. The empanadas were overcooked and definitely not fresh. The beef and onions tasted like pure onion. Just like Lipton onion soup mix. He ordered some type of meat with red peppers, weird flavor. We literally threw out almost everything.

The House Sampler also included empanadas!

So glad I discovered this hidden gem thanks to a friend! This place serves delicious Latin American food! You can eat and also play games of ping pong, chess, checkers and table top soccer. It's a small eatery with only a handful of tables but well worth the visit. I tried the house sampler thanks to some Yelpers photos and it was incredible! The service here is a little slow but it can be overlooked due to how good the food is! Love the vibe of this place and will definitely be back! For all the dessert lovers you MUST try their sweet empanadas. My friend and I equally adored the Nutella and Cannoli Empanadas! Amazing!

Its been a few years since I reviewed Eatcetera, but I've been here every single week since that first visit. They are serving up the best empanadas on Long Island. And one of the best cuban sandwiches as well. If you pop in during lunch, you can order hot plates with many of the offerings from the empanadas menu. Some of my favorite chicken options: the chicken Pecorino (new, very good), Chix de la Casa, chicken basil, chicken Alfredo, chicken chipotle and chicken diablo. The menu changes often but seems to keep the most popular items in solid rotation. Come check them out, you will not leave hungry.

It says open but it's not, and we're pissed because we took an Uber to get there, in the rain no less.

We…read morethought the name was funny and the outside of the premises looked really nice so we pulled in. Upon entering it felt like we were going into some exclusive nightclub. The outdoor dining section is covered and beautifully decorated with tropical flowers and plants. It looks like something from the Caribbean. If the weather was cooperative we would've asked to sit outside. The inside ambiance was nice too. There's a lot of natural light that comes in from the large windows and skylight. Again flowers and chandeliers adorn the space. There are also decorative carving figures mounted in the back wall. A DJ came in and was mixing Latin music which gave an upbeat vibe. I truly felt like I was on vacation in the Dominican Republic. The food was even better than the ambiance. We really were sure what we wanted to order but after speaking with our waitress we both ordered Mama Fango stuffed with meat. This is a dish consisting of sweet plantains mashed, seasoned, and fried into a little bowl shape then stuffed with your meat of choice. I went with the white chicken. The flavors were complex and overall delicious. The white sauce is like an Alfredo with cilantro. It is a very filling dish and I ate every last bite. My friend ordered the same but filled with churrasco. The meat was tender and rich with flavor. If you are celebrating a birthday, then this is the place to be. They make such a scene with light up signs and cakes and singing... the whole place becomes a party. I've never seen anything like this before and it was great! My Cuatro Leches cake came with a candle and happy birthday written in raspberry jam across the plate. The caramel top was a nice touch and complimented the cake well. The best part was the service. Our waitress, Laura really made this visit special. She was upbeat and attentive. She had excellent recommendations and was very accommodating. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend to others!

The decor is lively and there's a very "Instagramable" spot in the back with floral decor. It is a bit pricey but to be expected for a hangout joint like this. Our servers were attentive and prompt.
