The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. I'm doing this to lose weight and my husband's doing it to maintain maybe lose a couple of pounds but nothing major. That' is consistent with all the other companies we are trying. I make our breakfast and we would eat just their lunch and dinner. This was the only company out of the three that I did not lose any weight the whole week. Because me and my husband got the exact same food, we weighed the meals and sometimes there was a huge difference in the weight of the meal, but the calories are the same You do not get to pick any food on this plan although you do get to pick some dislikes and other than that you getting what they give. They state that it' is an organic farm, so you will get local and fresh. I found their meat to be very chewy. And their vegetables were not cooked or severely undercooked. I like my vegetables al dente and I had to put the spaghetti squash in the microwave for six minutes just to get it a decent texture. Also, the first day we had broccoli rabe or broccolini, and it was literally raw and not good. Their broccoli was very under cooked as well. Plan on cooking the veggies most of the time separate from the meat due to veggies being pretty raw. So if you want to eat organic food, that's grown local - so they claim, this might be a good way for you to go. I found the food macros to be off significantly and no consistency in the meals. They also say they only get local or wild caught, and one dinner they had salmon. It was not sockeye salmon, nor did they state where the salmon came from or what type it was Out of the three meal companies that we tried, this one was the worst. They delivered a little after midnight and they do not put an ice pack in the bottom of the bag, just on top which was thawed by the time my husband woke up to get the bag at 5am.

I called them once we left the movie theater (which we had phone silenced, thats why we couldn't get driver phone call) I explained that I knew this was an glitch and asked if I could drive and meet up with the driver. I called on Monday afternoon during business hours and explained whaat happed and it would not be an issue again and could they please split the difference of the food. 4 meals, at $11.00 each is $44. I asked them to split the difference and give me a credit for $22. I was told no. I asked them cancel my meal plan. 2 people, 2 meals a day for 5 days is 20 meals a week which we were considering a long term relationship with them. But we have to understand in life, things happen. This should have been looked into from a longevity client perspective, but it was not. Salads were fresh, options of Keto and paleo and vegetarian made this a plus.
