Doing that, I spend crazy money on food and it's not always the healthiest choices. I decided to give BeFit Nutrition's meal prep service a try and I am so happy I did! GAME CHANGER. Not only do they have so many yummy options to choose from, but the fact that it's delivered to my home the night before, it's fresh and QUALITY food makes such a difference. I'm saving money, saving time and eating healthier, this is the best decision I've made in a long time and would highly recommend their service. I've tried their breakfast, lunch and dinner options and everything has been absolutely delicious and fulfilling. Not to mention that it's cheaper than eating out. The bpa free containers that the food come in are amazing and you can reuse them as tupperware and I love the insulated bag they're stored in. It's little details like this that go a long way for me. Any questions I had, their team answered promptly and you can tell the pride they take in the service they give as well as the food that they make. I'm giving this 5 stars which is RARE for me, but this company is worth it and really wowed me.

"Farm to Fork" is just a misleading name not an actual practice…read more I've been buying from Farm To Fork meals in Miami, and while the food is convenient, I'm starting to wonder: how much of this is actually coming from a farm vs. a standard wholesaler? The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. In a city where "farm-to-table" has occasionally been used more as a marketing buzzword than a reality, I'd love some transparency. https://www.reddit.com/r/ReadyMeals/comments/1ryc6c6/farm_to_fork_just_a_misleading_name_not_an_actual/

I found FFF online and they had great reviews and figured I try them out. Now I'm a foodie and when Ive tried food delivery places before but there food was always like eating plastic to me. Not FFF I look forward to their food. Its delicious and gourmet (the turkey Tamales are my favorite). I been using them for lunch and dinner. I've now been eating FFF food for 2 weeks Im down 8 lbs. Ive found, their lunch/dinners are usually around 350 to 525 calories (soup is around 200 calories). I couldn't be happier in the food quality and that I chose them. Price is reasonable as well. Wish I could give them 6 stars. -Darren

Really was excited for this meal prep company because they are one of the cleanest I have found-…read morethey don't use seed oils or xanthan gum or other thickening agents. Lots of pros- great customer service, vacuum-sealed meals, ALL ingredients listed on label, healthy and low calorie meals, and fair prices. Unfortunately, a few cons that outweigh the pros- next to NO veggies in the meals (3 pieces of broccoli or asparagus isn't enough), only deliver on Wednesdays, food has a weird texture and consistency (may be from vacuum sealing it while it's hot), and the flavor overall is lacking. I was also bummed that despite being so "clean", they are package in plastic. I didn't mind not "picking" meals every week (just the # of them), but a lot of people may have an issue with that. Really wanted to like this company, but wouldn't recommend it.

I'm doing this to lose weight and my husband's doing it to maintain maybe lose a couple of pounds but nothing major. That' is consistent with all the other companies we are trying. I make our breakfast and we would eat just their lunch and dinner. This was the only company out of the three that I did not lose any weight the whole week. Because me and my husband got the exact same food, we weighed the meals and sometimes there was a huge difference in the weight of the meal, but the calories are the same You do not get to pick any food on this plan although you do get to pick some dislikes and other than that you getting what they give. They state that it' is an organic farm, so you will get local and fresh. I found their meat to be very chewy. And their vegetables were not cooked or severely undercooked. I like my vegetables al dente and I had to put the spaghetti squash in the microwave for six minutes just to get it a decent texture. Also, the first day we had broccoli rabe or broccolini, and it was literally raw and not good. Their broccoli was very under cooked as well. Plan on cooking the veggies most of the time separate from the meat due to veggies being pretty raw. So if you want to eat organic food, that's grown local - so they claim, this might be a good way for you to go. I found the food macros to be off significantly and no consistency in the meals. They also say they only get local or wild caught, and one dinner they had salmon. It was not sockeye salmon, nor did they state where the salmon came from or what type it was Out of the three meal companies that we tried, this one was the worst. They delivered a little after midnight and they do not put an ice pack in the bottom of the bag, just on top which was thawed by the time my husband woke up to get the bag at 5am.
