nice concept however pricey. had the small cup oatmeal and tall cappuccino for $GB5.00 Ok service.

Yeah, I had really hoped to. With a name like "EAT." I felt my expectations were properly managed. You don't know quite what of, but you can expect to EAT. Right? Wrong. You've probably read my tirade of Heathrow Terminal 3, and if so you will know that I'm not the biggest fan, to say the least. (If not, please do indulge: http://www.yelp.co.uk/biz/heathrow-airport-hounslow#hrid:EM5s7PfBPrBqqGVeJ5N-_g/src:self) However I went in with a positive attitude and a completely empty stomach. EAT beckoned and in fact, eat was exactly what I wanted to do, so I thought it was the perfect match. The breakfast sandwich was my unfortunate choice and after poking at the two sorry disks of soggy white bread, a squirt of liquid egg and a cold piece of bacon the size and shape of a credit card, I really didn't have much to work with. So I scraped, I salted, I peppered, I tasted, and I immediately passed. No eating happened. Funnily enough, my appetite was gone without actually eating anything, so I guess it did do the trick... Ok, so I had a bad experience... I'm not saying we should rename the place "rubbish." But perhaps calling it something like "NIBBLE." or "GRAZE." would be more appropriate, eh? In all honesty, I ended up at a place called Bite. Fitting, huh?

Overpriced airport food. It costed about $10 for a mediocre lemon chicken bowl which looked as though they had microwaved it for me. I would not recommend this for the price.

Had the oatmeal and some Tea. It was good but a bit pricey. Most likely due to it being an airport location...

Slowwwwwwwwww, slow, slow. Which isn't good at a busy airport. Management needs to give the team some caffeine to wake them up.

Review Highlights - EAT.

Not a bad place to hit if you have time to eat while in Terminal 3, and even better if you need to grab some food to go without dealing with the barbarian hordes at Pret a Manger.

Unexpected location for…read morerestaurant but you can really feel a local vibe here with a convenient store attached to it. Food is relatively good and service was fast. My wife and I tried the grilled chicken (peri-peri) and grilled octopus (porvo) and they both are prepared really good to my taste (we prefer a little bland or less salty and it just suits us). Highly recommended for tourist who wants to explore local faves around London. All the the other 3 couples who are with us enjoyed their own dish as well!

The main course were grilled salmon in lemon and butter sauce. This was really good in flavor and a hint of crispness from being grilled but the meat is tender. Then we had the grilled octpus. Man, this was the highlight of the day. Serving size was big. It was so good we ordered another for to go. This place is really close to the London Heathrow Airport and a must try if you're really hungry. They have their own parking spots (but really tight space, just like all of UK parking spaces where plus size people will have a hard time getting in/out of the car as the spaces between cars are really tight) They have paper towels in the restroom and some outdoor seating.

I have to say it was some of the best espresso and chocolate croissant I've had. Albeit a bit pricey on what you're receiving, the quality and grandiose more than makes up for it. This cafe has a limited menu featuring breakfast, pastries, coffee, and alcoholic beverages. We were there around 8am and the Louis Vuitton store adjacent to it was already open as well for folks who were in the mood to shop. The espresso was served in a beautiful glass adorned with the LV monogram symbols and the plate as well. Everything in each little detail was adorned with the monogram pattern. When I asked for sugar it was served shaped as a monogram flower. The napkin had a monogram flower and it was just so classy-ly done. What stood out to me was the croissant being brought by the chef himself and it was massive. There was powdered sugar sprinkled on top with the monogram flower shown in the sugar. The chocolate filling was made with some of the best chocolate one could have and the croissant itself was so flaky. It probably took me at least five to ten minutes to finish it because it was that big. Staff here was pretty friendly and I loved the touch of the bar decorated with three beautiful louis vuitton trunks. Take a moment to look around and appreciate the art, architecture, design, and interior decorating. It is all a blast.

Rating: 3.4/5 [take out]…read more There was a long line, but the wait was reasonable. Our drinks came out about five minutes after ordering which was faster than expected given how busy it was. Iced Pistachio Latte (£5.15) + Oat Milk (£0.45): This was the better of the two drinks. You could clearly taste both the espresso and the pistachio. My husband asked for it to be a bit sweeter, and they adjusted it without charging extra which I appreciated. Nero Baileys Iced Matcha (£5.20) + Oat Milk (£0.45): The receipt listed pouring cream which we did not ask for. The drink was overly creamy and had an unpleasant creamer aftertaste. We didn't enjoy this one at all.

The location is right in the center of Terminal 3, adjacent to an open seating/waiting area between shops and restaurants. Caffe Nero has its own seating section for customers with caffe tables configured for 2-4 guests. No seating inside the shop. The storefront has packaged fresh food like sandwiches, salads, a pastry display case with variety of pastries, then juices and waters in addition to their main offerings of coffee and tea drinks. Lines were steady and the store was bustling, though service was quick. It took about 5 minutes in line then to order, then another 5 minutes for drink to be ready. My pistachio iced latte £4.40 ($5.95) with soy milk was ok, the pistachio syrup was strong and a bit artificial tasting though my biggest issue was that it was waay sweet. I would've enjoyed it if it had half the amount of sugar. Maybe i'll just get a regular coffee if stop by again. Interestingly enough of the alt milks offered, soy milk was not extra though oatmilk and coconut milk was £0.50 more.

This Starbucks is in a VERY busy, VERY chaotic food court-like area of Terminal 5 at Heathrow (nearish gate A9). I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are for, this was probably one of the most pleasant Starbucks experiences I've ever had at any airport. It's a little confusing about where to get in line, but the staff did a great job at calling people forward. I was greeted by a lovely young woman who was all smiles, was engaging and humorous with me about my drink order (which had a very personalizations that frequently get wrong when I'm ordering in person), took the time to repeat my drink order back to me. It just felt like a moment of calm and connection! My drink was made just right; the person who crafted it for me/handed it to me was also friendly! I had loads of time between flights, so I wasn't concerned about how long it took (it didn't seem like I waited long before they were calling my name!). Grabbing a coffee here, a salad from Pret, and finding a place to sit nearish the windows was a great way to spend a couple hours between flights!
