Didn't really expect such an amazing find in West Jeff, but my brother said we HAD to try this place and I am so glad we did. We were on our way hole from a round of golf at National Road and thought why not. It's at the end of a little shopping plaza right at the edge of town next to McDonald's. We were greeted by a lovely Mediterranean family. Very sweet. Very personable. My family is Lebanese so it was nice to see. We both got the #1 combo which was a lamb gyro with fries and a drink. Got the regular size. My brother said the large is huge! They use lord of quality meat, tons of toppings and an amazing homemade tzatziki sauce!! It was garlicky and delicious!!! The fries had some nice seasoning on them and they were hot and crunchy and fresh. We will definitely be back. The house sauce on the photo on the wall sounds amazing. Didn't see it til we sat down. Darn, just another reason to go back! Haha Got this Oreo cheesecake looking stuff to go. Saw it in the case of desserts and it looked really good. It said mouse and that's more of a hat it was, but it was delicious as well! So many things on the menu!! We will return soon!!

Great people and hidden gem in West Jefferson. Was a little put off with the prices, but pleasantly surprised with the quality and serving sizes, well worth it. Fresh, hot and large, plenty of meat not fillers. Only critique would be the lamb was random cut and over cooked. The kalamata olives were great too.

Spicy Chicken Gyro... small size!

Found it on Yelp, reviews were solid so we tried it. You should do the same... you will NOT be disappointed! The spicy chicken gyro was perfect (and actually a little spicy) and their tzatziki sauce was very good.

The small restaurant, Eat Greek, tucked into the corner of a strip mall

My wife and I decided to meet friends and go to Eat Greek 275 E. Main Street, West Jefferson, Ohio. Although we'd never been to this location, we knew the reputation of Eat Greek in Polaris. We weren't sure what to expect regarding safety precautions in place for diners at this location. We're they open for fining inside, was it just outside dining or only pick up and delivery. When we arrived, we noticed that it was a small restaurant, but people were wearing masks as they entered. We saw our friends who were already inside so we donned our own masks and went inside. We were warmly greeted by Rima, who we later learned was Chef Philip's wife who took the orders at a cash register behind a plexiglass screen. I already had a pretty good idea what I wanted to eat, but Rima showed us the menu on the board - no handout menu available as a safety measure. Unfortunately, I was told that the restaurant did not have a license to create an open fire, for such delicious pan-fried cheese specialties as Saganaki, served flambé style tableside. So, I dispensed with an appetizer and went straight to the entré. I ordered lamb kabab, which was served without the skewer, the food was pushed onto a paper plate. Ok. I can live with that. The food was good! The lamb was seasoned and cooked perfectly; savory, tender, juicy pieces of aromatic and delicious lamb seemed to melt in my mouth. The onions, carrots, and bell pepper were flavorful and complimented the lamb very nicely. This a small restaurant in West Jefferson, Ohio. It was clean and attention was paid to all of the CDC safety guidelines as well as customers coming into the restaurant. We used out Yelp incentive to get some baklava and bought extra to take with us. This delicious, gooey confection of rich chocolate and walnuts and phyllo pastry lavishly soaked in honey is not to be missed. No exception here at all. Will I be back? Yes. Chef Philip and his wife, Rima we're very personable, polite and helpful to us all and provide wonderful food. We'd like to encourage them as a small business during these tough times. We'll be back.

Falafel

Eat Greek has opened this new location in West Jefferson. It's not as good as the first one. The main problem is the service. It's kind of expensive for the quality. They also are kind of slow. I had the falafel pita. It's about $7 for only the pita and nothing else on the side. The falafel is okay but it had a scant amount of vegetables. It comes with hummus but it also comes with tzatziki sauce, which is odd. They need to pick one, preferably the hummus which it needed more of. If you're in the area try Eat Greek. It's pretty average Mediterranean food. This isn't good enough to make a trip for though.

Lamb gyro, spicy feta, hummus, cucumber salad and walnut baklava

5.0 Stars Location Overview: This awesome restaurant is located in West Jeff by the McDonalds in the shopping plaza. If you are coming in town from Galloway or Broad st it is on the right. The feeling here made me feel like I was at my friends house, her grandmother was from Greece, it definitely felt like the real thing. Customer Service: The gentleman that helped me was awesome. I could hear his heavy accent and man was he all about me sampling the food. He was great. Quality/Quantity: The quality of the food was outstanding. I haven't had greek food in so long. The tastes of great greek food made my mind explode. The spicy feta was delicious and the hummus was creamy and flavorful. The quantity of the food was waaaaaay more than I could ask for. There are tons of options for hefty meat eaters and even for vegetarian or vegan food goers. Side Notes: Check this place out. Ill buy you lunch if I have too! Great for all parties, also has a kids menu and the Walnut Baklava was gnarly!

I stumbled across Opa (thinking it was a different restaurant) and placed an order. I am so happy I found it though since it's so nearby. I got the kebab mix (chicken and lamb) and it came with rice, pita, a salad, and some sauces. Although my lamb was a little overcooked, everything was so flavorful. The portions were on the generous side, so if you're not that hungry, I'm sure you could share a plate! I also ordered the hummus and it came with WARM pita - yum!!! My husband had their lamb kebab, and he said it was probably one of the best Greek food he's had in Columbus. It's a small little business, with only a few stools so I am assuming most people order it to go? The parking situation is also very limited. They still had a "now open" sign so they might be new?!

Location: Rings Road, Dublin Ohio (Amlin) Website:…read morewww.opagreekohio.com Price: very affordable; most items are under $15 Hours: see website Menu: see website Parking: limited There is a small community huddled on either side of a set of Rings Road railway tracks called Amlin and you will find an absolutely delightful Greek restaurant, there. Intrigued, we placed an order for pickup to try the restaurant. Online ordering is easy enough - but tracking the order was tricky and no indication of when it would be ready, so I would suggest ordering online for pickup but call the restaurant to get an ETA. The food is worth the drive and slight inconvenience the ordering system might yield. Trust me - be patient. The food is that good. We ordered a large size of Chicken Shawarma with rice and a Chicken Shawarma pita sandwich. I highly recommend both - but the rice dish is my new favorite. Ample grilled vegetables and a substantial potion of delicious grilled chicken served with a few pieces of pita bread, lightly fried. Crave-worthy. Consider their catering options to feed a crowd. The team is friendly and very considerate. The food is impeccable.
