Waited 30 minutes and no food. Asked what was taking so long and they couldn't find our ticket. Got a refund and left.

Ordered through DoorDash for pickup (this is located in The Beacon) and it was easy. Got "The…read moreWorks" which comes with grilled onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers. Also comes with a side and I decided on the ribbon fries because it sounded tasty - big mistake. My fault for not knowing what it was but it was basically just potato chips. Would have much preferred regular fries but oh well. The sandwich itself was just okay, it wasn't terrible but a little dry for my taste.

Ordered food via doordash today. The delivery was fine. The food not so much. Their philly was…read moreso dry and under seasoned. A philly should be juicy and messy and you need a napkin as you eat it. Sadly this was not even close not ony did I not finish it but what I ate I had to drown in bbq as it was sooooo dry and I hate putting condiments on my philly sandwiches. My side was "ribbon fries" they were not bad more like potato chips and that is ok though they needed salt and that I can fix. My husband's burger was also sad...it was so dry and overcooked he also had to use lots condiments to get it down. His fried were a joke. So soggy and not a hint of crisp. I guess the cook is unaware fried from fresh cut potato need to be cooked twice to be right. The pre-frozen app of mac and cheese bites were fine what we expected. Very sad version of philly and classic cheeseburger. Save yourself the time and money and go to McDonalds instead better quality and price.

It's taking me a while to finally review for Wyoming Ale works. Mainly because I had such varied…read moreexperiences the first couple years that I went there. They've also changed their menu quite a few times since inception. First off it's a beautiful restaurant with a nice large parking lot and you'll be seated by a hostess on either the dining room side or the large bar/dining area on the other half of the restaurant. There's many large comfortable booths to sit in unless you want a table which there's plenty of too. Also high top tables for 4/6/8 available on the bar side or you can just sit at the very large bar that's three sided with 60 seats. The bar side is full of TVs. And generally has music videos as well as sports on. After getting seated by your hostess, expect you will get a great experience from your server as they take pride in training their staff very well here and I've never had a bad experience with a server in probably 20/25 visits here. The menu is a little all over the place now there are some interesting and tasty appetizers. The cheese logs and the fried green tomatoes seem to be most people's favorite appetizers. The chicken wings are pretty good though there are limited flavors available. They do an amazing happy hour menu with great appetizer deals as well as good drink deals if you have the opportunity to stop in during this time of day. I think where they shine is with their burgers. I've had some very delicious burgers there. I've also had good Italian type food with their rigatoni , manicotti and their Stromboli's. Their pizza used to be really excellent. And now it's a little hit and miss depending on which type you get. They have their own woodfired pizza Grill, which has the potential to make amazing crust. However, they tend to get ratios of cheese and meats a little off sometimes. The bison chili and the duck gumbo are both pretty good. It's not traditional Cajun gumbo but it's still a pretty delicious soup. I've had a few bad soups here, including the beer cheese and some of the other cheese soups, which were not completely cooked down and were gritty with flour base still noticeable. The fried fish is also a stand out dish that they do. And a lot of people really like their steaks and steak salad. Overall, this is a great place to bring your family or a large group of friends or even a elegant birthday party. You know you'll get taken really good care of and other than it's more on the expensive side you know exactly what you're gonna get every time highly recommended and if you're getting a cocktail, I recommend the huckleberry Mojito. Recommended.

We were greeted and seated immediately. Our waitress was exceptionally at explaining the menu and making recommendations. The food was amazing. Possibly the WORST Subway I've ever been to…read more When we walked up to the counter, no one was there. There were foot-long sandwiches stacked up everywhere on the glass and no one to be found. The chip racks were nearly empty. They only had two options. There was a young girl working the store and when she finally appeared, we were met with serious attitude! Incredibly rude, short and annoyed with our presence. She never said more than 4 words to us the entire interaction and the few words she did say were laced with attitude. I asked for the new All Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich. She proceeded to slam things around and completely mutilated my sandwich. Zero effort to keep the sandwich in tact or even recognizable. I tried to tell her what veggies I was wanting but she stacked my sandwich and wrapped it up without letting me speak. She moved on to my husband's Italian sandwich with which she had to pry the frozen meat apart piece by piece. Again, everything we said was met with an insane amount of attitude and irritation. They had cases of cokes that had leaked everywhere stacked by the counter. They left sticky coke residue all of the floor that looked like it had been there for a while. The whole restaurant was filthy, including the glass covering the food. Overall, it was a awful experience from the service, to the food and the state of the restaurant. Would not recommend stopping here. Overall, the experience was awful.
