Just an updated review! I have no idea why I gave this place 4 stars, it's the best pizza we have in this area and we continuously visit on a weekly basis. Service is always top notch, outdoor seating is available and this place is always bustling with people which tells itself. We ordered the July pizza of the month - Chicago hotdog and surprisingly it was actually fire!! No red sauce and it definitely tastes like a Chicago hotdog. Not sure if it would be good warmed up as leftovers but we didn't have any left over from dinner anyhow. Always recommend! Never disappointed with Easy Street!

So have not been to this location basically since they opened. It's a decent spot in park ridge near Cumberland away from the downtown Park Ridge. I would say the pizza is so so and had no flavor - maybe needed more sauce or because they had a private party in the restaurant - who knows The server was good and the staff was nice and attentive. The Buffalo wings are breaded so if your used to non breaded wings just know. The Cesar salad is huge and good. We had the popcorn chicken and that was decent. Overall was ok but there are better pizza places in the neighborhood - this place was good for the ambiance- Also note that when you get your check there is a credit card charge automatically on the bill- it's before tax so they actually tax you on the credit card service charge as well . It says in bottom of the check that if you pay by cash or wish the fee to be removed ask the server - just FYI

Visited here on a Thursday, trivia started 7pm, hey chance to win free gift cards why not? Nice day out, sliding windows were open, nice spring breeze!!!! Pizza was fine, garlic keeping them vampires away!!! Goose island drafts for $5, can't complain...

A neon sign displays the phrase "say cheese" in cursive, surrounded by metallic tinsel, mounted on a wall.

We started with the loaded taco style tator tots and they were very good . We also ordered a cheese and sausage pizza . Pizza was very good Place is decorated for Christmas and had the Home Alone vibe . We sat at the bar as the place was filling up. Bar tender did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly.

This was the back wall. With the fireplace design a couple quotes and you can't fully see but the stockings are the kids' names - A group of people is gathered in a festively decorated indoor area with Christmas lights, hanging ornaments, and a fireplace display on a screen.

This awesome little pizza place did a Home Alone themed pop up event for Christmas and it was really cool! Yesterday was my birthday so we took our pizzas to go but the atmosphere was super fun and the decorations were great!!! They made it pretty effortless to order and pick up and everyone we encountered was super nice and very accommodating especially for his busy as they were. They're very versatile offering thin crust pan and deep dish pizza . I chose the pan style pizza which was delicious. My only real complaint was that my pizza was pretty burned on the edges and the bottom which is the only reason they did not get five stars. If you're looking for a good Hidden Gem in the pizza world of Chicago and the surrounding area definitely don't hesitate to give these guys a try!

This place was the old Perry's that was here for years. The way they redid the restaurant makes it look more modern and spacious, especially with open doors/windows in the front. Server was awesome - it wasn't very busy the night we came so she was extremely attentive and kept checking in. I got the bbq wings and fries and I think my favorite part was honestly the fries. They had a bunch of flavor and were perfectly crispy. While I enjoyed the flavor of the wings, I wasn't really fond of the texture. It's almost like they were overly fried and didn't have a ton of meat on them so it was just crunchy. I also didn't like the ranch sauce; to me it tasted like bleu cheese so I had my friend taste it and she also felt like it had a hint of bleu cheese to it. I asked for a second cup just to see and that one tasted similar so I didn't really touch it. The server says the ranch is homemade so kudos on that but just wasn't giving ranch flavor. Dessert was bomb! Got the cookie skillet and it was delicious - the picture doesn't really show cookie with all the whipped cream they put on there lol!

Cheese Curds - A white plate holds fried cheese curds and slices of pepperoni pizza, with a wooden table surface in the background.

First ever post on Yelp but absolutely had to share this. Ordered cheese curds, received fried balls of air. Maybe the worst attempt at the simplest order of food I've ever seen.

Ordered takeout - pizza and 2 order of fries.... $4 for fries and received this! What? Really!? and they both looked like this. I think they counted each fry per order. I'm not paying $4 for this.

Tried the thin crust pizza here and thought it was alright. The meats didn't do much in terms of flavor to stand out, though the amount of toppings was fairly generous. The crust wasn't really greasy, but it really didn't have much flavor and was a little overdone in parts. The cheese amount was pretty generous and sauce was a pretty standard and indistinct. The 18 inch did a pretty good job of feeding about a half dozen people though.

Spicy seasoned grilled chicken add on for their Chicago Chopped Salad.

I should have tasted more, but did not because this beer was so tasty, so I stuck to that all afternoon. The venue is very child-friendly, and many board games are available. We were seated and told that the ordering is done through a QR code you scan at your table. My scan did not work but my wife's did. The menu on the small phone was hard to really take in and appreciate the options. Because mine would not scan we had to pass her phone back and forth. I really hate QR codes and wonder why places just don't print and laminate menus. I went to the bar and actually took a photo of the beer menu above the bar and used that to order the beer. We ended up with a pulled pork sandwich and a chicken chimichurri sandwich. Beers included a sour, a Marzen, and a Kolsch. Very good beer!! My first bite of the pulled pork was one large gelatinous blob of fat!! That right there kind of killed it for me. I am not into fatty meats in the least! I've eaten lots of pulled pork and have never seen that large a concentration of fat in one dish. The chicken sandwich was good and substantial but the aioli was quite drenched on one end of the sandwich and overwhelmed all the other flavors. My plate also was not delivered with a fork or knife. A special request had to be made for that. Waitstaff was great and very helpful, but this will be a beer place and not a food place for us. I may give the food another shot some time, but I'm not in that place now. The fat-blob shock will take time to heal and with some therapeutic assistance, I may be able to try the food again. I do like Une Annee very much, I just wish my first visit was as magical as I hoped it would have been.

Turns out, Short Fuse was right up the road and a 5 minute walk got us there. For a Sunday, it wasn't too busy but not dead, so we got seated right away. We ordered some beer and took a look at the menu. While nothing really struck our fancy, our waitress made a comment that if we did want any food, it might be slim pickings as they were running out of stuff. Turns out, this day was the last day they were open. Talk about timing! After she mentioned that, I started to notice that people were buying bar signs and various other things. Emily started off with a Guava Gose and I grabbed a Krankshaft kolsch. We sampled each other beers and we both really liked what the other ordered. I don't really know what a gose is but, damn, was that good! I've had Krankshaft before so I knew what I was getting myself in to. We ended up ordering a second round of the same beers and let each other sample the other's beer a little more liberally this time. While we were kind of hungry, nothing on the menu really struck our fancy, especially considering they might've been out of it. Room service took care of those hunger pangs later after a few more beers in the hotel bar. Online reviews for this place seemed hit and miss but I really enjoyed my time there and really enjoyed the artwork on the walls and the vibe of the place. We did contemplate buying some bar signs on our way out but declined as we don't know what we would exactly do with them. It sucks to see a small business close but they did say they may try to open up a new place in a new location in the future.

Established (as the wall told me) in 1936, I expected "Polish" to be in menu alone...and I was wrong. The gal behind the bar had an accent. Halfway through the Bears game, I started hearing folks concerning and cheering in Polish. I felt like I had slipped into a cool little club to which I would never have otherwise been invited. Loud (but not too loud) and boisterous. I read some other reviews talking about rude regulars: rubbish. Chicago is loud and direct. If you don't like that vibe, the shoulders in this city may just be a little too broad for you. The pierogi and the pyzy were great, both served with sour cream. The beers, while not draft, had a wide, Euro-leaning selection but still respected some local favorites (Old Style). Good food. Good folks. Confusingly brilliant ambiance.
