I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! The day of week and date of month didn't match. When I arrived on the Saturday morning the owner showed me I was set for a different Saturday. Without any hesitation he got all four guys in the shop to start working immediately to get the job done in front of others. He knew I was a hour drive away from home. The joint detailing company sharing the building space even tried to contact Eugene and Custom Driven for me and were super helpful. They couldn't get a hold of anyone either. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints.
