We opened our brand new office a few months ago and have been working with Heron from initial design, to permitting, to the final install. Anyone who has had to apply for building permits here in Chicago knows what a pain that can be but CN completely handled everything on their side. The installer team was very kind and accommodating, frequently checking in with me to ensure everything was going to plan. Our signs are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. We were very happy to see that there was one so close to our newest location. Their prices were fair. $95 per hour seems reasonable. The installs are beautiful. After weeks and weeks of communications and non response from the owner or manager we finally had to go elsewhere. So after working with Fastsigns all over the country for the past 12 years, working with this location just once has made me realize that there is far superior choices out there. Despite me confirming that they were on site to measure. 3 times the weather was an issue. 2 times he had "personal emergencies/issues". I finally had enough and have taken our business away.
