The team also misplaced my city sticker, which meant I had to file a police report and go to City Hall to replace it--just for trying to get my car worked on. To Adam's credit, they did offer to cover the cost, but that doesn't undo the hassle involved. As a gesture, they added ceramic coating to the paint, but unfortunately, they applied it without properly washing or prepping the surface beforehand--something that completely undermines the purpose and longevity of the coating. Regarding my tints, Umbre isn't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. They do great work. I only did the front windows, as the other windows are factory-tinted. They told me it's cost $250 for the mid-grade service. They only charge for the quality of the tint, not the level of tint. They offer a lifetime warranty on all services. And they under-promised and over-delivered, as I got out 40 minutes sooner than expected. I highly recommend this business.

Employees were friendly but Company policy forbids them to actually scan and email stuff. Instead they insisted I use a pay for time work desk. I plugged my credit card in and manually had to scan one page at a time saving that page then scanning another page and saving that page and scanning another page. It is a very slow and time-consuming process with old and outdated equipment. 7 pages cost over $11. and my lunch hour. I'm sad and hungry. (Sangry?)
