Update: I just came…read moreacross an update from someone named Tim, who's supposedly the owner of Automotive Aesthetics. Funny, because I never dealt with anyone named Tim. I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Always on the run...

Arrived to their South Elgin location (attached to Key West Car Wash and detailing) and Custom Driven flaked. No show or no text, and I even waited a half hour just in case. The joint detailing company sharing the building space even tried to contact Eugene and Custom Driven for me and were super helpful. They couldn't get a hold of anyone either. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. Will probably end up finding a differing tint provider - but, if you're in need of detailing, hit up Key West in South Elgin. They were way more professional and customer service oriented.

I brought my brand new car (which had under 500 miles on it) in for PPF and tint, expecting professional, high-quality work. What I got instead was careless workmanship, reckless handling of my vehicle, and shockingly unprofessional behavior. First, the biggest red flag: while my car was in their possession, I received app alerts showing it was being driven over 80 mph with hard braking. This was not a short test drive this was my vehicle being driven aggressively between their South Elgin and Elk Grove locations. There is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer's brand new car like that. As for the work itself, the quality was unacceptable: * PPF was supposed to be wrapped under edges -- it wasn't * Film was misaligned and poorly installed * Dirt and debris trapped under the film * Visible bubbles throughout * Noticeable lines in the film * Tail light tint already peeling * Tint not properly tucked around the tail lights This is basic-level installation failure across the board. To make matters worse, when we returned to address these issues with a representative from the dealership I purchsed my car through present (they recommend this company) it became clear the business is under new ownership. The new owner, who appears inexperienced, responded to legitimate concerns with anger and aggression instead of accountability. The interaction was completely unprofessional and only made the situation worse. The dealership representative who accompanied me was so disturbed by both the quality of work and the owner's behavior that they have decided to pull all of their business from this company. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. This was not just a bad experience it was a complete failure in workmanship, customer care, and professionalism. I would not trust this business with any vehicle, let alone a new one.

Great, friendly service. This is THE PLACE to go if you want to re-do or repair your vehicle interior fabric or add a sunroof. (80% of their business is installing Sunroofs for auto dealerships and private parties). They also can make your Chrome Bumpers BLACK (new trend?). Did not want to close it but instead they insisted I would have to pay over 10k$ to get it completely replaced. I called Top Coverage afterwards, talked to Bob (amazing costumer service might I add) and told me he would take a look at it and try to get it closed same day. Didn't take these guys no longer that 45 mins to get my sunroof window closed. Thank you again, Bob for running a great business and shout out to Jose who is also a mechanic there who was able to get the sunroof closed. Would definitely recommend this auto shop.
