When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.
