Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

We had called 5 different companies all were insanely expensive even for just labor, finally found Budget Moving Services, spoke to the owner, Nicholas about 2 nights before we loaded up everything from the crates in the warehouse. They arrived 20min early, Nicholas and his team of movers (Sam and Phil) showed up ready to work, were hardworking from start to finish, wrapped all our furniture, packed and stacked it perfectly to optimize every cubic foot in the truck(s) -- they ended up filling up 2 u-haul moving trucks, what I thought would take 8hrs or more only took them 5 and a half hours! They were organized, quick and showed safety during their work ethic on top of being very affordable and in my humble opinion very high-quality. Felt good to support the smaller family-owned movers vs the bigger moving companies! They always provide moving quotes with no hidden fees, and I have never paid a cent more than what was quoted. They also assisted my neighbor with loading and unloading moving pods in Suwanee. I have recommended them to friends in Buford, Snellville, and Peachtree Corners. One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.
