Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. After unpacking, absolutely none of my stuff was damaged.They took extra care wrapping and protecting our furniture, and were extremely careful with the walls moving out and into our new place. The entire move took about 4 hours of heavy lifting, but they still patiently asked where we wanted everything placed. They even took down my heavy water fountain and bed/bath items, and completely cleaned up all the wrapping materials when they were done. They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.

One of the crew was on his phone nearly the whole time and needed several verbal prompts and reminders of tasks. Throughout the LOAD, the crew did not use tie-downs or ratchet straps at all to secure the load throughout the truck. I kept mentioning it as a suggestion (knowing they're the 'professionals' and should know what they're doing, and again, give them the benefit of the doubt... but I've also moved several times and know securing throughout the truck is critical for security) but they assured me 'it was packed tightly.' Additionally, the crew did not use provided furniture pads or plastic shrink wrap to wrap/protect furniture, shelving, pictures, paintings, etc. - even with me giving suggestions to do so... When we unloaded at our destination, several pieces of furniture were damaged, either punctured, scuffed, scratched, or bent... because the load was not tied down nor were furniture pads used to protect surfaces. I wanted to trust that everything would go well, but it didn't unfortunately... so all of this to say... I'd not recommend this team.

I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. The owner Victor Enebeli responded quickly, quoted a very reasonable price, and answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. On the day of the move, he and his crew were on time and moved everything quickly and safely. Items were protected by blankets or wrapped in plastic to prevent damage. Our driveway limited the size of the truck Vizor could bring, so two trips were necessary, and we had so much to take that I quite frankly doubted that they would get it all done in one day. But his crew worked hard and the whole move was done in a day. Mr. Enebeli and his crew are serious, professional and reliable.
