She has been rejected by other groomers and even mobile groomers, but Pet Beloved knew how to handle her reactivity, and did so with care and patience. Upon entering and signing in, they took her on a walk to let her get comfortable. They gradually built trust and also gave me a rundown of how short I would like her fur to be, as well as being transparent on how the matting for her poodle fur might cause the cut to be even shorter. I appreciated the headsup! Booking was easy and so was pickup. While it took longer than expected, they communicated with me and kept me updated, which is understandable knowing Onion's demeanor. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend them!

I'm disheartened to write this review but I'm very disappointed with the services here…read more We used to come here for the self wash, but then it got too expensive (especially what we were paying for, given it isn't the cleanest place). We found another place we like for baths that is cheaper and cleaner. As for grooming, quality varied on the groomer. Overall, I was generally satisfied given the price and the relatively quick turnaround time of 2-3 hours. Unfortunately, the groomer who did the best job with our dog no longer works here. Today was the last straw. I made a grooming appointment for my dog (a rescue who understandably has a difficult time with grooming), weeks in advance. They refused to take him today because he was not medicated. I'm absolutely all for keeping the groomers and dogs safe, and I understand their reasoning. However, their lack of communication was extremely disappointing. No one informed us at our previous appointment or when we booked this appointment weeks ago that medication would now be required. Like many people, we have busy schedules and planned ahead specifically for this appointment. Rearranging everything at the last minute is not easy for us, and we cannot simply come in another day on short notice.

Will defiantly be booking again.

Lookmaxxing for your dog lol…read more I never even knew how cute my little princess could look. Every time she comes home from here I'm overwhelmed with cute aggression. I've had tons of people ask where she gets her hair cut and am always happy to let them know that Gabriel Feitosa is the spot! Guess I need to learn the new name now It took me over 4 years of being her mom to find someone who actually knew how to cut her hair, and she sees the standard groomers rather than Logan or Gabriel (who charge a premium price). Some of her cuts are just so unbelievably cute and precise - I wish they could always be so perfect. My girl is a lil too spicy and makes things difficult sometimes, but I always appreciate the groomers doing their best with her!

However, everything worked out since I've been wanting to ger her groomed by Logan for more than a year now! I first heard of Gabriel Feitosa's Grooming Salon through Instagram at least 3 years ago. And finally... we got to go! Prepare your dogs vaccination records. :) Bring them before or on the grooming day. When you arrive, you will fill out a simple questionaire with basic info. They'll ask the usual.. what style groom you have in mind! I like my dog to have the typical teddy bear cut. :) So cute! Keep the eyelashes etc. It took a few hours (as expected) and I was sooooo happy with Gigi's groom by Logan! Logan is so detail-oriented and sooo nice! When I came to pick Gigi up, he kindly came out to bring Gigi out! I also had Winston, (Gigi's bestie) with me since Winston was with us overnight for a pupsleepover! At the salon, they sell treats, dog clothing, dog bed, dog necklaces and shoes, and our fave, the dog cologne by Hydra USA! Logan used Forever Fresh on Gigi and it smelled amazing! I returned a week after to purchase it. There are many other amazing colognes too to choose from. Natashya and Randy assisted me at the front desk and they were so kind and welcoming! We will be back in the future and will also support at the new location! P.S. Parking - street parking with meters. There is a small lot on the left of the salon but I am unsure if those belong to the other businesses or if anyone can park. It's pretty easy though to find parking.

Highly recommend The Barking Lot!…read more I had just adopted a dog and the poor guy was covered in mats and dirt. The shelter staff had said he might just need all his hair clipped. I was sure he'd at least need his tail shaved since it was just a tangle of mats. But The Barking Lot not only got him a next day appointment, but managed to turn him into this fluffy happy boy in barely an hour -- and at a very reasonable price. I had been hesitant about taking a rescue dog for grooming while he was still getting over the stress of the shelter, but they were so gentle and kind with him. When I picked him up, he was happy and wiggly and didn't seem stressed by the grooming -- and he seems so much more comfortable now!
