Steph was so nice and truly interested in all my cats habits and likes and dislikes. She even made sure she knew where the cat carrier was in case of an emergency. While I was on my trip, Steph would text me and send me pictures every time she went to visit, which truly put me at ease and allowed me to enjoy my vacation more. Even though my cat is very shy and does not easily come out and play with new people, Steph would still try and get me pictures and videos of whatever interaction she could get, just to let me know Miko was okay! They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog!
