My wife was recently disabled in a freak accident. Between all of the emergency surgeries, appointments, physical therapy, etc she has been begging to cuddle with our dog but its grooming and cleanliness was just one of the things that had to be shelved while we adjust to our new normal. I was very disappointment with the quality of work and at one point concerned for the safety of my fur baby as she appeared in distress crying. His paperwork was sketchy and he had to reschedule with me twice in the same day. My initial appt was 4pm he didn't come until close to 6pm. After blow drying my dog myself Eduardo agreed to finish cutting her hair but it was not the outcome I hoped for. I can't imagine what my dog went through and I will not be retuning. Note I paid $105. Below is the end result: Update: 10/14: Wow, 2 days after my dog got a haircut and I got a call from Eduardo indicating he would give me a refund. I later call him back because I have no service and he tells me that his supervisor reviewed video footage and determined that a refund was not necessary. I am so disappointment with the lack of profession he showed. He argued with me on the phone, accused me of "black mailing" him, and he refused to give me his supervisors name initially stating "the office." When I asked for specifics he said " I don't know" and when I asked who he spoke with from his "office" he continued to argue. Avoid this so called business like the plague! read more

I know from when they arrived this was not a professional operation. I asked for a teddy cut for my retriever. She came back completely unevenly shaved with long straggly hairs randomly all over her body. Her head and neck hair did not blend. Went from the neck being shaved to a full head of hair. Sharp rugged end point. I had to bring my dog to the vet. Her flesh was cut into and caused an infection. I asked for my 170 back for grooming. And for the vet fees along with the antibiotic fee. No answer about the grooming refund and you saw about my vet fees. I even sent him a Venmo request for the grooming fees. You saw his message to me. No phone call. No asking how she is. No sincere apologies. Stay far away from them. I got a 170 dollar shave on a golden retriever that was suppose to be a teddy cut with vet bills on top of it. They don't know how to groom. I had a very good experience! I recently moved and needed to find a groomer for my two yorkies. Everyone I contacted either didn't have appointments for weeks or wasn't taking new clients. I was starting to think I wasn't going to find anyone but then I found this service. They came to my house and had a really nice van. I prefer mobile grooming because my 6.5lb yorkie is skiddish and my 3lb yorkie is so tiny. I feel better knowing they are right outside my door. First off, I didn't read any of this business' Yelp reviews until AFTER I had my cat groomed by Eduardo. There was no particular reason for that, other than perhaps I was desperate to find someone to come to my residence to groom & de-matt my senior, female, Chartreux cat, named Blaire. Every mobile groomer I called either was fully booked (&, not accepting new clients), or didn't groom cats (only dogs), or didn't service my area (I live in South Mission Beach). So, when I called this business' phone number, & Eduardo picked up the call right away, & he said he could come to South Mission Beach, & he grooms cats, & he had next day availability--I was very happy! Eduardo is a young man, 28 years old, & he has been grooming cats & dogs as a profession since 16 years old. He is also a cat owner, & he knows how to handle cats. Our original appointment was for noon, but he called me a couple of hours beforehand & advised me that his grooming van had broken down. So, we rescheduled for 2pm, & he agreed to come & do the grooming inside my residence. My cat has never in her entire life had anyone groom her except me or my wife. So, I really didn't want to just hand her over to a complete stranger. As it turned out, Eduardo groomed Blaire on my bed, in my bedroom--&, I helped him out during the entire groomimg session by helping to hold Blaire in place, & keep her as comfortable as possible. There was a ton of fur & many thick mats which Eduardo thoroughly combed & brushed off of Blaire. Chartreux cat have a very thick double-coat. I had really slacked off lately on keeping Blaire properly groom, because I've had some ongoing health problems. Anyway, Eduardo ended up doing a fantastic job. This was not-at-all a comfortable procedure for Blaire, & I knew it was going to be. In fact, she tried to bite me a couple of times during the de-matting, which was something she'd never done before. Nonetheless, I wanted the job done thoroughly-&, it was. And, now, Blaire is looking & already feeling so much better. I just read a few very poor reviews of this business, but the majority of the reviews are excellent. And, for the poor reviews, most of the reasons were explained & addressed by the business manager. It just goes to show that everyone's experience is likely going to be different. I can only say that I really love my cat, & Eduardo treated her very well, & he made her look her best! read more

We were going for a family walk and came across his van and him grooming a dog. We stopped to ask him about his services and he was very friendly and offered to groom my dog for a fair price. He was able to come as soon as he finished the one he was working on. He really took his time with my german shepherd and did an amazing job.
