After seeing on social media advertising of this groomer, I felt the urge to secure an appointment instead of going to my previous Pom's groomer. And I am very very very happy with the end results! Location is downtown, there is a small parking lot but usually full - has with narrow spots and hard to get into since surround streets are one-way busy streets. I recommend circling and parking on 10th Ave for less of hassle. Fabiola is fabulous! She was so sweet, caring, attentive, and does an amazing job cutting fur. She doesn't rush each grooming and takes her time for a very quality cut. She also has a Pomeranian which made my experience feeling better because she knew exactly how to cut their fur. We even had conversations about Pomeranians and everything about our dog care life. My Pomeranian looks so beautiful and smelt wonderful when I picked her up. I asked for a trim, clean up the buttox area, and do cut the paws (like cat paws). She also knows how Pom fur is suppose to look like and she rounded out all the areas needed AND brought in the fur around the waist to give my Pomeranian a cinched look. From our first visit to today, I am incredibly impressed. We shopped and tried a couple other daycares in the area but immediately knew Doozydog was the daycare for us. I believe the quality of this place is a direct reflection of outstanding management. Kristen sets high expectations of all of her staff and it's evident she has selected team members who genuinely care for every dog. I never have a single worry when dropping off my pups. When we first started utilizing DoozyDog, I only had one dog. Knowing the level of care provided by Kristen and her staff made it an easier decision to get a second dog. Now, both of my dogs get so excited when we arrive that they climb over each other to get inside. Our dogs always come home completely tuckered out and pass straight out after dinner, which tells me exactly how much fun they've had all day. Just look at these happy pup photos. They have extra activities on some days for example playtime bubbles and celebrating birthdays. The facility is clean, and I've been in a few other daycares where you can tell cleaning, sanitizing, and ventilation or circulation of air is lacking. The staff are wonderful, they quickly learned my pups' names and greet us warmly at every drop-off and pickup. I love the report card photos. Doozydog does have a camera system where you can watch live, which was a big plus to me initially. However, I learned fairly quickly I didn't have the need to check in as I know they are in the best hands. Kristen treats these dogs as if they were her own, works tirelessly to please every parent, and takes immense pride in her work. She has even called personally to check on my dogs when they have missed days due to illness. If Kristen ever left, I honestly don't know what we would do. The rates are reasonable, not the most expensive but not the cheapest. I would be suspicious of any daycare that offers lower rates because what are they cutting corners on? We love taking advantage of their end-of-the-month package deals. We've also utilized their individual or group walk packages. Their hours are great too for people with busy schedules. For boarding, we book a suite for maximum comfort. The staff strictly follow feeding and medication instructions and sends us updates, which I appreciate. Their grooming services (bath/brush, and nail trims) are also incredibly convenient to have in all in one spot. They truly do have it all! Even when we moved out of the downtown area we still utilize Doozydog even when other options were closer. We are so grateful for Kristen and the team, we can't recommend them enough!

We've tried other groomers closer to home, but no one makes him look as dapper as Julia. He gets compliments on his cut everywhere we go! Julia also knows so much about dog health and care--she's taught us things we never knew as first-time dog owners. Most of all, she truly cares about our pup, and he absolutely loves seeing her. We specifically asked for his nails to be trimmed, the hair around his eyes to be cleaned up so he could see, and just a small trim overall. We did not want him to receive a full haircut because he is still a puppy. When we dropped him off, the worker was not very welcoming and basically told us to just drop him off and pick him up at 5:30. When we returned, we were very disappointed to see that our puppy had received a full haircut. I asked why his hair had been cut so short, and she explained that his hair was matted (which was not )and that his coat was currently transitioning, so it would grow back better this way. However, we never gave permission for a full haircut, and I feel we should have been contacted beforehand if they felt a more extensive cut was necessary. Unfortunately, that wasn't even the only issue. Our puppy was also nicked/scraped around his private area during the grooming. Afterward, he was walking strangely and constantly scratching his bottom, which became concerning enough that we had to take him to the emergency vet. We are extremely disappointed with this experience. If a groomer feels that a full haircut is necessary, they should communicate that with the owner and get approval before proceeding. We trusted them with our 5-month-old puppy, and unfortunately, we left feeling that our concerns and instructions were not respected. I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

She has been rejected by other groomers and even mobile groomers, but Pet Beloved knew how to handle her reactivity, and did so with care and patience. Upon entering and signing in, they took her on a walk to let her get comfortable. They gradually built trust and also gave me a rundown of how short I would like her fur to be, as well as being transparent on how the matting for her poodle fur might cause the cut to be even shorter. I appreciated the headsup! Booking was easy and so was pickup. While it took longer than expected, they communicated with me and kept me updated, which is understandable knowing Onion's demeanor. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend them!

We're sadly saying goodbye as we move out of state, and we can only hope to find somewhere we love and trust just as much. They offer overnight boarding, daycare, and grooming. We especially appreciate that someone stays overnight with the pups as it gives us so much peace of mind knowing Ladybug has someone there with her. He listened carefully, took the time to walk me through different options, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the direction we were going. I really appreciated that he wasn't trying to do anything extreme, but instead focused on what would look beautiful and natural for her. There's a reason Gabriel is considered one of the best in his field. The cut itself was absolutely beautiful! And the products they used, especially the deep conditioning treatment, left her coat feeling incredibly silky and soft. I honestly couldn't be happier with the results! The entire staff at Mimo Pets was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, even when I may have been a little overly obsessed with every detail (haha!). However, everything worked out since I've been wanting to ger her groomed by Logan for more than a year now! I first heard of Gabriel Feitosa's Grooming Salon through Instagram at least 3 years ago. And finally... we got to go! Prepare your dogs vaccination records. :) Bring them before or on the grooming day. When you arrive, you will fill out a simple questionaire with basic info. They'll ask the usual.. what style groom you have in mind! I like my dog to have the typical teddy bear cut. :) So cute! Keep the eyelashes etc. It took a few hours (as expected) and I was sooooo happy with Gigi's groom by Logan! Logan is so detail-oriented and sooo nice! When I came to pick Gigi up, he kindly came out to bring Gigi out! I also had Winston, (Gigi's bestie) with me since Winston was with us overnight for a pupsleepover! At the salon, they sell treats, dog clothing, dog bed, dog necklaces and shoes, and our fave, the dog cologne by Hydra USA! Logan used Forever Fresh on Gigi and it smelled amazing! I returned a week after to purchase it. There are many other amazing colognes too to choose from. Natashya and Randy assisted me at the front desk and they were so kind and welcoming! We will be back in the future and will also support at the new location! P.S. Parking - street parking with meters. There is a small lot on the left of the salon but I am unsure if those belong to the other businesses or if anyone can park. It's pretty easy though to find parking.

The woman that was working wasn't very friendly and looked like she would rather jump off a cliff than be there. Not encouraging, but I still decided to buy my pup a cookie. I didn't realize until he couldn't eat it that it was actually rock hard. He tried licking the frosting off, but I don't think he liked it because he barely had any. I was extremely disappointed. You wouldn't serve old/stale food to humans, so why would you do that for pups? Should've gone with my gut and not bought anything from here.
