First, Dr. Khurana and her team developed and implemented a treatment plan for my 4 year old son who needed extensive dental work. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. She talked us through everything before and after the procedure which took place in a hospital setting under anesthesia, making us feel like our son was extremely well cared for in this unsettling situation. Their hospital coordinator Britnee was also fantastic to work with and helped answer numerous questions we had. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter. They are so incredibly good with kids and skilled at what they do that my daughter actually said getting fillings there was FUN and she didn't experience any pain on either occasion. When I told her she would be all done fillings after the second visit she was DISAPPOINTED. That is not a thing! I really can't say enough good things about this dental practice. If you have kids, and especially if they are apprehensive about dental procedures, take them here.

The providers are so great with children and they are very careful in the way they do things to not cause any trauma. My 6-year-old had to get a crown and two fillings during 3 separate appointments and he was so excited every time I'd tell him, "you have the dentist today." My 4-year-old second born is a bit stubborn and the dental hygienist was fantastic with him and he did so well at his cleaning. I have a lot of dental anxiety from trauma that I experienced when I was a child and I sincerely wish that a place like this existed in the 80s because it would have saved me so much pain and turmoil. I am thrilled that I can give my children a healthy and happy experience with the dentist so that they don't have to experience what I did. Highly recommend.

I had a cap removed, a cavity removed from underneath it, a new filling applied and a temporary cap put on. I am one of those people who is scared of the pain that sometimes comes with dental appointments. Doctor Olsen was very gentle and explained everything she did along the way, how much was left to do and checked with me frequently to see how I was doing. I don't have a problem with the needles, but I have to say her technician who did the numbing was extremely gentle. My husband accompanied me into the procedure and Dr. Olsen took the time to discuss with him a referral that had been made about his implant that needed to be replaced. She was very open and honest about the practices and the doctors who had been recommended. Having that conversation in the room while she was doing my procedure really helped take my mind off of where I was and my fear of feeling pain. I have also had a deep cleaning done in their office and it was very thorough and absolutely painless. They don't scrape your teeth manually - they have a device that vibrates the plaque off. Their front desk staff has also been very helpful in explaining our dental coverage and how much things will cost Ahead of the procedures. They are a very busy practice and there is a lot of activity in the back where everything is done, but we are really, really happy we found them and could not recommend Dr. Olsen and the practice more strongly.

This office is not only corrupt, they are ethically challenged…read more I went in for a standard cleaning. My previous dentist had noted a few stains and areas to watch, but no cavities. This office told me I had a whopping 16 cavities. The estimate was many thousands of dollars. I went to a third dentist for a second opinion, and they gave me the same result as my original dentist: a few stains, maybe a few spots to watch, but no cavities. They were flabbergasted and appalled by the opinion of this office. Furthermore, the office failed properly assess my insurance company with my provider, and undercharged me for the visit. They are now currently hounding me for the balance, despite not quoting it originally. They have made false accusations that the doctor went over this difference with me, which is a direct conflict with their own confusion regarding the insurance coverage. I am now preparing to engage in a legal dispute with this office. Avoid this provider at all costs. This is simply a money driven operation devoid of ethics and disinterested in patient care. I am absolutely disgusted by the behavior of this office and would strongly urge anyone to seek care elsewhere.

He and his team have helped me with everything from general maintenance to root canals to implants. More recently, they solved a severe wear problem caused by poor work done 15+ years ago. I decided to replace all of my lowers (at the same time) in order to open my bite and fix the wear problem. It was a huge procedure yet I was not at all nervous or apprehensive once the time came to do the actual work. Planning was meticulous with multiple scans, wax models and coordination with fabrication lab. It is such a relief to have full trust in a dentist, something I have not experienced in the past. Assistant Rona made me excellent temporaries; four sections that felt great and enabled normal eating while waiting on permanents. Next, my six front uppers were replaced and that one piece temporary was amazing! I could eat apples whole if I wanted to. It is so nice to have dependable temps especially when so many teeth are being worked on at the same time. The office staff works hard to get as much coverage from insurance as possible which is not an easy feat! Estimates are detailed and out of pocket cost is always known up front. Scheduling is easy and location is convenient. Recent renovations inside the office and treatment rooms have made the space more comfortable and it is always clean and organized. Overall, I appreciate Dr. Chehade's attention to detail and communication with staff during procedures to get things right. It is clear he takes pride in his work. Sometimes things take longer than planned but the quality of work is always the first priority. There is no rushing involved, just methodical execution and explanation of what is being done or needs to be done. Thank you GDA for all you have done for me!

They said they were very invasive with my teeth and didn't need to do feelings on a lot of them and now I'm paying the consequences of going to Gainesville dental associates.
