I reached out to this company after finding them on google and seeing that their website offered a 40% discount to new customers. I called and was quoted $299 for regular duct cleaning and an extra $99 for a deep clean that involved scrubbing items in the AC unit. They came out the same day in a personal minivan (no signage on the vehicle), but they wore tee shirts with the company name. I immediately mentioned the coupon and he told me he was not very good updating Google and that it was old and they no longer used it. I thought that was strange because it was on his website, not on Google, but I said OK. He then told me that the cost would be $399 for everything - to include disinfectant and cleaning my dryer vent. I pulled up his website on my phone and showed him where they had a basic clean for $299. He said that was old and no longer valid. I explained that my AC unit was only three years old and not very dirty so I didn't need deep cleaning and he insisted with new construction there were things in the line so a deep cleaning would be necessary. I agreed to move forward and the 2-man team and they did everything in about 1 1/2 hours. In my opinion, it was very minimal work, and I only saw them remove two vent covers on the wall. The other wall vents they just blew the compressed air through the grates. For the vents and the floors, you can easily lift the cover up so they did open those and wipe them with a dry cloth, as well as blow air. They did not accept credit cards, and would only accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or cash app. I also asked for a grateful to prevent bird's getting into the AC unit, i'd already had one sucked in that died. Mustafa told me it was best to leave it uncovered, and instead recommended a cover over the dryer vent, which I later learned had a flap on it. I questioned whether a cage was actually needed for that and he insisted that a bird would come in when the flap was up. they wanted to charge $50 for that but agreed to $30. In total I paid $329. They took very few photos, none of the dryer vent. They did not even pull the dryer out from the wall and clean the vent itself. Instead, the blew air through the dryer where the lint collects, and turned on the dryer to suck stuff out on the outside where the vent exited. I'm not sure that was the proper way to do that. I'll look for a more reputable company next time. read more
