What stood out to me even more was their service recovery. There was a small item I had requested that was initially overlooked. While it was inconvenient to have to come back another day, John handled the situation the right way. He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their services again.

Great experience working with Gold Star Auto Glass…read more I woke up to discover a small windshield chip/star had expanded overnight into a pretty large and winding crack. After imagining the worst case scenario dealing with insurance and the auto glass business- I decided to check the trusty Yelp app to see if I could find a competitive price to replace the glass. I called a few five-star providers in my general area that were able to come to me. Gold Star had the best price and was able to come to me same day! They arrived on time and began working on the car after a few basic questions. I would say the overall project took around 60 minutes and the work was excellent. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshield for leaks, whistles, etc. That's a nice touch. Gold Star was about $50 less than the next competitor and as much as $100+ cheaper than some of the "big box" chain companies. It was a good experience all around and I would certainly recommend Gold Star to anyone. I ended up circumventing my insurance and simply going out of pocket but I did notice that Gold Start works with just about any insurance company so that's another plus. Give them a call!

As the quotes came in, I noticed that several shops warned they couldn't guarantee proper recalibration with an aftermarket windshield. See N Clear, however, offered a very competitive price with a warranty, so I reached out to them directly. They immediately assured me that recalibration would not be an issue. I booked an appointment for the next morning. I received a text 30 minutes before arrival, and the technician showed up right on time. The entire windshield replacement and recalibration were finished in under an hour. When I asked if I could take the car out to test the lane‑departure system -- he handed me the keys without hesitation. Everything worked perfectly.
