I've cleaned the machine and ran a sanitize cycle multiple times to no avail. After experiencing some respiratory symptoms about a month ago, I decided to switch to washing our dishes by hand while we waited for our landlord to provide a resolution. His suggestion after almost month was to sanitize the dishwasher, but we recognized that this would only maintain the machine and not effectively eliminate the buildup. I turned to Yelp and found Jeremy. I texted him and he responded within less than 15 minutes. He asked for make and model information for the dishwasher. We were able to get an appointment scheduled for 3 days out with less than 30 minutes of interaction via text message. Our appointment was this morning and Jeremy texted me when he was 30 minutes out. He was communicative, prompt, and efficient. He was able to remove the dishwasher door and identify the area that was discharging this mysterious substance. He steam cleaned the area, tested the function of the dishwasher, and put the door back on. His rate was extremely fair and we will be certain to continue to call him for any appliance issues!

    DO NOT BUY FROM REGENCY!! I ordered a dining table with 4 chairs & bench. When it was delivered…read morethere was damage to the table- the delivery guy stated "you either accept it or we take it back but you won't get a new one until after Christmas" this was unacceptable as I was promised I would have the table before Christmas by the salesperson. I called the main store to talk to a manager before the delivery person left - couldn't get the general manager Candace on the phone was told she was on another call & she would call me back in an hour. I told them I was heading to their store. I told the delivery person to take back the table as I was not going to accept a damage table. Drove to the store - was told Candace was not there - there was a manager named PJ who said he would help solve the issue. Asked if he could call me the next day once he figured out if he could pull another table from stock. Next day came - PJ called to say he messed up can't find out an answer until the following day. Agreed to wait another day - but no call came. I called the store was told PJ wasn't there - asked to speak to another manager - again general manager Candace unable to come to the phone. Told them I'm coming up right now & wanted a full refund. Not even 5 mins passed & Candace calls so apparently she got the message I was driving there- told her I'll heading there now we will chat in person. Showed up (parking lot empty - 6 staff sitting around the desks doing nothing) Candace is upfront - I stated "no customers but you couldn't answer a call?" She replied with she was in back - so apparently the girl that answered the phone was just too lazy to get her. I demanded a refund as this store is a joke!! Horrible customer service!!

    I have been in this store, the Churchville, MD. location,​ probably four times in the last few…read moremonths. Every time I went in, I had the pleasure of working with Terry (TJ). Even though I would tell her that I was trying to buy a house and that I wouldn't be buying yet, she gave me her full attention. From someone who has dealt with the public for 51 years, she was exceptional. Today I actually went in to buy and looked for her. I was delighted that she was there. I ended up buying a gorgeous Sleigh bed with all the pieces to go with it. I bought two counter height chairs also. Her customer service, knowledge of your products and friendliness should be rewarded. What a wonderful sales associate. Everyone there today was very nice. My customer service representative was Pumolo. The manager was there and was pleasant and helpful as well. Your veterans day sale is going on and you had such great deals. I couldn't choose between three bedroom sets and there was no pressure. What great customer service. Thank you so much. I can't wait to get my new furniture. Sincerely, Kathy Townsley

    Do not use this location. I have now waited two months for my furniture to be delivered. Today…read moredelivery was happening and all the pieces were incorrect and were not what was ordered. Two months later, I still do not have the furniture. Called the store and spoke to Chavon "Sales Manager" who was unable to rectify the problem. I asked to speak to the general manager, and she was unavailable to take phone calls, and they would not be able to call me back until Monday. Definitely will be going to corporate. Absolute nonsense and absolute terrible customer service. Update: I spoke with the general manager on Saturday and she was going to speak with her manager and get back to me on Monday and I have yet to hear anything from her. It is now Thursday at 5:18 PM and still no callback. No resolution. No acknowledgment. I called yesterday and left my name and number again and still no return call. This is getting to be ridiculous. Update #2 It is now been a week since I was promised a call back by the general manager. I have called this location every day all week long to be told that the manager was not available or in meetings and that a message will be left for her to give me a call back. Again it is now Sunday at 3:30 PM and this manager has yet to respond back to any of the messages. I requested her manager's contact information to which I was told I was not able to be given. I requested that a message get sent to him for follow up. I will continue to wait to see what Kind of follow up this manager has. As a manager of the company I work for, this is truly unacceptable. This is not a good business practice at all. Update #3 It is comical how the "owner" only responds to positive reviews. Update #4 Still no return call from the "General Manager" and an email was apparently sent to her boss to give me a call and I have yet to hear from him/her. Cannot make this up how terrible their customer service is. Think twice before using this location. There are plenty of other competitors out there. Update #5 Furniture finally delivered in full 2 1/2 months later. Not bad, outside of the fact that I now need to wait for a drawer handle replacement that came broken from the warehouse. Now that the furniture has been delivered, I will wait for the replacement handle to arrive and to see what compensation/refund the store will be providing. To date, the General Manager never returned any of my calls/messages left for her and her manager never bothered to reach out and return any call at all. I hope they right the situation sooner than later. Update #6 Attempted to contact the Bel Air location again tonight as I have yet to receive a call from the general manager, Candice. It has been a few weeks now since her original message where she told me she would give me a call back with some sort of resolution. To date, I have called the store numerous times left numerous message for both her and her manager to call me and have received a call back from neither one of them. Called again tonight and spoke to Chavon who again took 7 1/2 minutes to get on the phone and again had an attitude about him. Asked him about the handle that was damaged in delivery and when that would be mailed out to me and nothing was posted yet. Again asked him to have his manager, and her manager reached out to me, so we'll see how long this takes now.

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. They provide a 90 day warranty. Would I recommend Swift Mobile-Yes
