Long story short, their repairs did NOT fix the problem, but eventually they replaced the struts and all was well. My only problem with the shop was human error and missing spare tire tools from my vehicle. I'm giving them 5 stars because they did end up replacing the struts and the tools, as well as, giving me a nice discount on the labor, a free alignment and replaced my freon free of charge. The shop owner is a great and honest guy who corrected every problem. I would recommend them 100%!!!
