Fred, the owner, has always dealt with us honestly. I was 40 minutes from home, and figured I would miss my daughters swim meet. Mr. Fred diagnosed my problem and had me back on the road in less than an hour after changing an ignition coil himself. He had a great attitude and was completely reasonable on price. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation, and I wouldn't have even known the difference. Long story short, their repairs did NOT fix the problem, but eventually they replaced the struts and all was well. My only problem with the shop was human error and missing spare tire tools from my vehicle. I'm giving them 5 stars because they did end up replacing the struts and the tools, as well as, giving me a nice discount on the labor, a free alignment and replaced my freon free of charge. The shop owner is a great and honest guy who corrected every problem. I would recommend them 100%!!!
