I always dread going to any new place to get any sort of service to my vehicle because I'm a woman. The sad truth is many men in the vehicle industry assume women don't know anything about cars. Went in with not much idea on what I wanted to get done as far as exhaust upgrade, and Angel gave us a few options, and even did some work so we could hear how it would sound with the different options... they could have easily made suggestions to make it a pricier job, but they didn't, at all. I take back everything good I said about these guys. THEY ARE THIEFS. Very important to know. First they act nice and give you a good price. Then behind your back they leave critical parts damaged. Which then I am forced to come back again and again for more repairs. Charging me more and more every time. Finally I said Fu** it. I am done with this place after having an argument about a part they "Fixed". They wouldn't even compensate me for the part they broke. Went to D&D Muffler and talked to a guy name "Chip". Old man with a white beard. Gave me a good price and fixed the problem and even did some preventive work on it for a much lower price. Quality of work was really clean too. I have not needed work done since then(1/15/2015). I will not be going back to them in the future. Will not recommend them to my peers for sure. My wife and I have taken both of our Subaru's there and purchased parts from Eastside Muffler. Angel, Joe, and Gabe are great guys. Angel works the desk/parts, if they don't have a certain brand of oil I need, he will try and get the oil delivered that day or the next. Joe is a highly talented mechanic. He has worked on my Subaru when I was having problems and the dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. Within 20 mins Joe knew right away what was wrong. I haven't dealt much with Gabe but he tries to interact with his customers when he has time, and is a friendly guy. Highly recommend them! read more
