When I reconciled my checking account, I noticed the debit card had been ran for $77.62, which means the tip had been increased to $19.64 (33% tip). I took this to Tosha, the manager and asked that she look into the variance and didn't hear back. It's only a $7.64 difference, but it's the principle of the matter and theft.
