We had my daughters birthday here & the staff and atmosphere was amazing! They set up the table for you and clean up! Just take home what you brought! The provide shoes buckets, easy online access to book! The staff was able to answer all my questions and they were very fast! Very happy with Skate Plex and we will be back!! It is completely worth it to come here because they have a snack bar, a small arcade area, and lots of tables for you to choose from. I love coming here for a friend meet-up because this is a place to make memories, blasting music, friendly staff, and it's just a place to remember and look back on. Another thing is that the prices are more than perfect! They even have mini games every now and then. read more

Outdated skating rink, staff is rude and unfriendly, unfortunately there aren't really any other rinks around,

The help is really nice that's a 5 star. I read the floor had repairs but that was 2018 I was shocked how this place was so gunky. Building material on the skate floor. Building walls not finished. I don't know how they allow this place to be open. Sad cause it's the only skate rink and it makes Amarillo look like a 3th rate truck stop town. read more

Very rude staff we have been here twice and each time they've been less than nice. They don't have enough tables for people to sit in the area that they let you eat and drink in. So our party sat at a longer table. We were aware it was reserved for a party (we were sitting on the end that didn't have plates and cups) and fully intended to get up as soon as the party arrived. The manager rudely told us to get up and move as he had a party coming. It was over a half an hour before any party came. All we had were drinks, we wouldn't have taken a half hour. He could've let the kids finish their drinks before kicking them out. Save your $7.50 and find somewhere else and more polite people. read more

It's a roller skating rink, it reminds me of Jr High and my early teen years, the rink itself is fine, there is a snack bar with bottled drinks available, there is even some video game arcades. It gets dark and they run a fog machine just like I remember. There are free lockers that don't lock for shoes or 50cent paid lockers that do lock, you have to pay each time to lock the locker. On the negative side the bathrooms are a complete failure, no doors on the stalls or they don't lock (it's probably a solution to keep kids from doing weird things in the restroom). The gentlemen running the place are definitely a bit short when dealing with people. Over all its the only place to go in and around Amarillo, it decent enough I'll go back with my kids. read more

The floor was flooded last summer and they are waiting on new flooring. The owner has been very nice to my family and I. At one point he was even looking for us a pair of skates. Crowded at times but still good skate place. Give them a chance. read more

The workers are super fun and kind, it's a super fun place to go hang out with friends. I think it's authentic and I'm not a serious skater, to me, it's just a place to go with a group of people and laugh with each other and have fun falling. I made so many good memories here throughout the years and I love it and the employees that work here! read more
