No apologies for drafting, no attempt to make it right on their end. Constant decline in the service of this gym, and then the absolute lack of sympathy for their mistake, has only solidified the decision to cancel with Amarillo Town Club.

It is Tuesday and I'm actively sitting in front of the door, the owner is nowhere to be found, and the door technician is waiting outside to fix the door but can't gain access because the owner/manager isn't present. The amazing machines, weights, etc, this place would get 5/5 but the the unreliability and terrible communication from the owner/manager knocks it down immediately.

Email address forwarded, and still no answer. From the Consumer on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 Manager called on April 4th, explained what happened and she stated she would make this right and call me back the next day. Update on April 11th no call back. From the Consumer on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 The manager did contact me, but said would be back to me in a few days, a week later I called back was told 2 more days as the person they needed to speak with was away on vacation. 2 weeks later still waiting on that phone call.

The club over books online; however, when luckily I go inside the studio there are empty beds. It's too much stress, they expect you to cancel before 12hr and you can be booked over night for being on the waitlist, and then if you cancel, you get charged. Pfff.. First time I arrived 7 minutes late to the class cuz life happens but they didn't care they took that class point of my credits. And if you don't find a class to schedule your classes don't roll over to the next month. Don't waste your time and money at this place, on top of that they are expensive but they want you to do all the cleaning as well.. You must clean after each class like if you not paying enough money so they can hire someone else to do it.. They will not let you cancel the membership they are so friendly when you want to sign up but if you want to cancel is a hustle. CLASSES ARE FINE NOTHING YOU CAN FIND IN ANOTHER STUDIO.
