The crown went in perfectly, and then I told him that I had a slight problem on the left side down by my wisdom tooth and it chipped off. Instead of costing me a lot of money he said let's see if we can fill this. And he was able to fill that chipped portion with a substance that is so strong looks exactly like my tooth. Amazing what they have today. When everything was all done he asked me how my bite was and I said it is perfect. I attempted to resolve this directly with the office before escalating, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to work with me. Despite my efforts to communicate, the charge was sent to collections, which is extremely frustrating given that I canceled the appointment. I'm disappointed because the clinical care was okay, but the billing and administrative handling has been very poor. I would recommend getting everything in writing if you choose to go here.
