Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. The front staff was so friendly but I wish I could say the same for the dentist I saw. I came in with a very specific concern only to be brushed off multiple times and offered no real solution. He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! The place was practically empty yet the appointment felt very rushed like he just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling very frustrated and dismissed. I had to look up on their website to see who I saw and I'm positive it was Dr. Brett. If you insist on going here, try booking with the other dentist.

My procedure would take no longer than 10 minutes, so I was surprised to be turned down by so many clinics, they clearly did not care about my well being. Things were quite different when I reached Hale Family Dental. After explaining my emergency they told me to come in that same day. I went in, did some paperwork, and guess what? My procedure only took about 15 minutes! I was treated well, and I will most definitely be coming back here for future dental work. They might've just helped me for something simple this time but they won a new customer because of it. As a side bonus, they have people that speak Spanish and some Portuguese!

After reading other previous reviews, it's clear there is some billing/insurance fraud happening. Stear clear of this place.

I want to say it was Camille and Dr Jared. When it came time to leave , the checkout lady, Jodi , made sure I understood how insurance was covering what and what my obligation was and why. When I tried to bring it back the next day for a refund because it was not usable, some important guy started lecturing me, kept telling me to look at him while he was speaking, told me they thought I was a psychopath, and tried to brake my other tooth prosthetic (a proper one from a different dentist) before I wrenched it out of his fingers, thank god. I told them they hurt a patient now and they were trying to mindfuck me so it was going on the internet.
