My husband and I both emailed her regarding her listings and she totally blew us off. We used a realtor out of Bishop and purchased a home. Fast forward to now where she was representing a buyer for our property. I got a text on about day 80 of a 90 day escrow ( non contingent) that her "very well qualified, amazing buyers" were backing out. Then we had to fight to get her to send the paperwork to title to get the earnest monies. She is known in town, and not in a good way. Do yourself a favor and use another agent!

Because the whole yard was paved, it would hold water, and a layer of nasty algae grew everywhere. It was a mess! But the rest of the house had "surprises" too, so we didn't want to spend tons of money to take out and replace the whole yard. Brian came up with an economical AND beautiful solution that would work with our sandy soil--a series of cut outs filled with rock and a dry well. His attention to detail was what sold us. He could've put the dry well anywhere, but he placed it in a functional and aesthetically-pleasing spot and even cut it so our large table's legs would fit perfectly on top. Then, he pressure washed the moss/algae from EVERYWHERE in the yard, going so far as lifting each gazebo leg to clean underneath. When he had leftover river rock, he went out of his way and found the icky/blah spots in our yard that could use some TLC to put them. We're already going to have him out to expand our driveway, and would recommend him for anyone who needed concrete work in a heartbeat.

We chose Subsurface Leak Solutions because Daniel told us the detection and leak repair would be under warranty for two years. Although they were more expensive than other companies, we chose them due to this guarantee. Fast forward, one month later: the underground leak recurred. Daniel forced me to sign a leak detection and repair estimate before reinspecting the property, despite the leak being in the same location they previously repaired. When his repair person, Victor (his nephew), came out, he found the leak was in the same pipe, just two inches away. In the original repair, Victor did not completely replace the entire section as most plumbers would. Although this was an error in the original repair, Daniel now wants to recharge us several thousand dollars more. We opted not to use Daniel for this repair, which should have been covered under warranty. As advised, beware of Subsurface Leak Solutions and Daniel Hernandez. They prey on individuals desperate for repairs. To me, they appear either dishonest or incompetent plumbers; avoid using their services.
