W live about an hour from the store in the mountains. We were greeted with a friendly and courteous staff. We explained our situation and needs. There was no high pressure sales at all. We picked out our carpet. A couple days later the estimator came by took measurements and gave us our quote and answered any questions we had. It was a week from the time we picked out our capet to installation. The install crew was very courteous and friendly. Did a great job. 6 hours from the time they arrived to the time they left. They went a little above and beyond as far as moving furniture and things as I had been suffering from a back injury so was very limited in what I could do and prepare. That was a nice touch of customer care. We ran into a couple issues which Thompson's solved quickly with no hesitation. Being we live so far from the store I figured we'd get hit with extra install fees due to distance and travel time. We were not. Being so far away our deposit was taken over the phone and final payment was made a few days after install since it was the day before a holiday weekend which saved us a tremendous amount of time. Very pleased with the whole process and transaction. Our cost was well within range of other vendors and acceptable. Couldn't have asked for anything more during the whole process. We're happy with our choice and would recommend Thompson's to anyone for their flooring needs.

On June 12, we submitted a quote for garage epoxy coating and wall painting through Yelp, and we…read moreaccepted Epoxy Pro Coating's offer of a $2400 flat rate without material fees for our garage epoxy and painting. The total came out to $4100 for both the epoxy and the walls. I paid the business $1900 as a partial payment while the job was being done, which included $1600 for materials and a $300 payment as a partial labor fees. Mark Nunez, the business operator, sent me a message on June 22nd stating that he had "barely finished with the garage" and requested the final payment of $2100. Upon inspecting the garage, I found that more work was needed as the garage floor was sticky and epoxy flakes were all over my shoes. Mark assured me that he would return on June 25th to apply another coat to finish the job. I made the final payment on June 23rd, but Mark has not returned since to complete the job. Despite numerous phone calls, messages, and voicemails, he has not responded. As of today, July 2nd, the epoxy for the garage remains half-finished, and I need to replace the keys for the backyard gate because Mark has not returned them. I am now left with a garage that I cannot use because the floor is sticky, uneven, and bubbling. I will most likely need to hire someone else to completely redo the garage while the owner of this business is ghosting me. I am very confused, frustrated, and extremely disappointed with what is happening right now. I am hoping to receive a reason from either Yelp or the owner soon.
