Well, My wife and I decided back in December 0f 2020, we were going to retire in Vegas after moving here in 2018. The house we purchased was great for us and our fur babies. but we needed some upgrades. We started coming up with ideas we wanted and after getting three different bids, we went with Luke and 5 Yeti Projects. We had our kitchen, guest, and master bathrooms gutted out and redone from scratch. This company is 5 stars! My kitchen island had a leak that was not discovered for awhile. In short, my entire kitchen island (sink, dishwasher, granite countertop) needed to be ripped out from the water damage. Cindy came over and provided a proposal and made recommendations on what should be done. Not having dealt with this large scale home issue before, she was extremely professional, followed hygienic protocols coming to my house, and even brought over samples of the cabinetry that would be replaced. She was extremely proficient and quick on providing a bid on what I was looking to have done, as well as, what needed to be done. Dealing with Cindy and this company has been great! ***Review based on bidding experience*** Last week, I contacted 5 Yeti Projects to come out and bid our home remodel. We're looking to do flooring, paint, new cabinets, and enclosing a patio. Angel was very quick to respond and schedule an appointment for that same week. Angel, the project manager, was the was incredibly receptive to understanding our vision and what we were hoping to do in the home and offered some great solutions and ideas that they would be able to implement for us. He also helped me feel confident in the budget that we set (even if we can't do everything we're hoping this time around and need to wait a year or so- they are able to work in homes where people are living in them!), where some other companies we interviewed for bids were very pushy for us to up our budget. Angel never made our project feel lesser than, and I trust that if chosen, he would treat the entire process as if he were remodeling his own home. On top of that, their company has a lot of resources to help get great products at great prices (such as kitchen cabinets, etc) compared to other companies that I have bids from for similar products. Regardless of which direction we end up going after reviewing all of the bids in the next few weeks, I am so appreciative of this experience with 5 Yeti Projects and wanted to encourage other locals to contact them in regards to your next construction project. We hired 5 Yeti Projects for our home remodel and are so glad we did. We've been really happy with the outcome and are loving the more functional use of space we have now. We had a new bedroom added, a 2nd closet added in the master bedroom, and had our laundry room relocated from downstairs to upstairs near the bedrooms. Our old laundry room downstairs is now being used for additional storage/pantry space. In addition we also had new flooring installed and repainted everywhere except the bedrooms. Our project manager was Domenic. Super nice guy, very down to earth and easy to talk to. Also very reliable, dependable and professional. This is a review for some work done at the end of last year. Our bathtub had a leaking drain pipe and we had another company come out for the mitigation and estimate for repair. The estimate was way overpriced and for far more work than was necessary. I ended up calling 5 yeti and am more than satisfied with their honesty, professionalism, politeness, and overall incredible work. Angel was quick to respond and sure to inspect the work routinely as the project progressed. Everyone that contributed to this repair was respectful and a master at their trade. After reading reviews and looking at before and after photos, I contacted 5 Yeti Projects for my kitchen remodel. I felt like it was off to a good start because the lady that answered the phone she let me rant for 10 minutes about my old kitchen remodel and she didn't even interrupt me because I already know I can talk and talk.  I had my appointment last week and the person they sent over Cindy was right on point.  I guess the first lady I talk to told her everything I told her cuz she showed me samples of the colors I want and the granite that match really nice.  She used her tablet and showed me how the color and style would look.  I like that.  That is professional to me it made me seem like I was dreaming.   I got my bid kind of fast - the next day.  This is why I am giving 5 stars. read more

We had a difficult job for the 5 Yeti team and they were up to the challenge. Our kitchen flooring was damaged from a leak in the sink and replacing the damaged area, while maintaining the integrity of the rest of the floor was not an easy task. Much of the credit goes to Jeff Avritt who pulled everything together and stayed on top of the work. We were quite pleased with the results and the price was fair. I've used 5 YP to remodel every home that I have purchase for the purposes of remodeling for resale and continue to use them. At first I was getting bids from other contractors but they were always the best option. I'm to the point where I wont even bother contacting anyone else for a bid because I know I can trust them to make sure the job is done right. Not only do they take care of me during the project, but afterwords they make sure I am happy and address any and all concerns that come up even well AFTER I have made the final payment. Not sure how many people can say that about their contractors. read more

Was quoted in the contract 15 calendar days, project took over 35 days. No protection from dust during demo or during entire project, 5 Yeti has no guarantee completion clause, no compensation for delay or the poor workmanship. Several issues. Much of the work had to be redone. Tile, paint, shower door. Tony, the owner, has no integrity and should not be in business. He blamed his workers and takes no responsibility for the awful experience I had with his company. This was the second person that was sent to do an estimate for a remodel for our kitchen and baths. The first person came in early March. Got a call in late June/early July from 5 yeti on how they did. The person who promised a bid in two days never provided a bid. And the front office did not inform until they called 3 months later asking how they did. The person who called me said that person is not longer working there. They promised the second person, Cindy, was much better. Cindy came over did measurements. She did a great job. Very professional On that alone I am giving her 5 stars. You got a winner in her. The fact that she did not keep me updated on the delay of the bid... She needs some improvement there. 3 stars. On the company (front office?) who asks me to review how great a job they did before I get the bid. 1 star. On the company who prefers a social media review than a multiquestion professional review of their work, service, professionalism, etc., you are opening yourselves up to anything. 1 star. A most disappointing experience! If it weren't for the kind person that we scheduled with by phone, I wouldn't even rate them one star. When Cindy showed up for our consultation, she seemed unprepared and uninterested. She reluctantly measured one width of our space for a casita and gave little to no information about her company or the construction process. She did, however, emphasize the long delays in timing for permits and build time, almost as if to discourage us. Needless to say, she had zero personality and not a care in the world if we chose her company to do the job. We truly knew nothing more when she left than before she came, except the fact that her attitude had completely turned us off. Things got even worse once we received the quote, which was for a space mush larger than can even fit in our area. Not to mention, the quote was outrageous. So sad to see such a lack of care for doing business, especially these days. read more

First, I have tried to do a bathroom floor after watching some DIY videos and it didn't work too good and probably to this day that old floor is still messed up. I am leaving a because I want to tell somebody they seem super good. I want to do my master bathroom over and have a professional do it... I am over the DIY. I called them and from that first phone call I knew I was in good hands. The lady I think Shawn was very professional and she asked me to tell her about my project. She listened and she made it clear that I was in good hands. I got an appointment with a bathroom expert. I liked that she didn't just take my name and address and give me an appointment with the next available person. She asked me questions about what I like and how I want my bathroom to be like.
