The demo crew got right in and worked very hard. We opted to add a color to the concrete to give it more of a customization. This was an extra $2,000.00 atop an already $24,000.00 project. We followed all the guidelines the owners told us to do while the concrete cured. I was very concerned as the concrete had large black spots all over and still does, one of our exterior filters was plugged, several depth tiles were placed crooked and one of our interior tiles was damaged. These were never addressed. It took forever to get the owner to come look, when he did I was not there. After many emails, phone calls and text they finally returned June of 2023 with only 24 hour notice to acid wash the concrete. This only help a small amount. I will be turned to the Contractors State License Board. Be careful, if something goes wrong you will mean nothing to this owner.
