We gave them a challenge with 2500 sqft of flooring to cover! Their team was always ready to answer any question. They helped us plan out our own demolition timeline, directed us to local retailers that rent out specialized equipment for demo, and even helped us out when we discovered unexpected issues beneath the tile. After all that, they came in on timeline and began putting down our luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards throughout. They stuck to every deadline they set, came in on budget, and created a beautiful design with the various plank tones. You can't ask for much more than that! To top it all off, Maria has been a constant source of quality recommendations from painters to electricians around Hanford/Lemoore/Visalia as we get our new-to-us home up and running. The total came out to $4100 for both the epoxy and the walls. I paid the business $1900 as a partial payment while the job was being done, which included $1600 for materials and a $300 payment as a partial labor fees. Mark Nunez, the business operator, sent me a message on June 22nd stating that he had "barely finished with the garage" and requested the final payment of $2100. Upon inspecting the garage, I found that more work was needed as the garage floor was sticky and epoxy flakes were all over my shoes. Mark assured me that he would return on June 25th to apply another coat to finish the job. I made the final payment on June 23rd, but Mark has not returned since to complete the job. Despite numerous phone calls, messages, and voicemails, he has not responded. As of today, July 2nd, the epoxy for the garage remains half-finished, and I need to replace the keys for the backyard gate because Mark has not returned them. I am now left with a garage that I cannot use because the floor is sticky, uneven, and bubbling. I will most likely need to hire someone else to completely redo the garage while the owner of this business is ghosting me. I am very confused, frustrated, and extremely disappointed with what is happening right now. I am hoping to receive a reason from either Yelp or the owner soon.
