I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!

On December 10th, they got a call saying the delivery would be delayed to the 12th. On December 12th, they got a call saying it would be delivered on the 13th (today.) After waiting all day and still not seeing a delivery truck, I called CN Brown and was told that their truck broke down and it would likely be at least 5 more days before they could get a delivery to Hollis. If I hadn't called today, I'm not even sure anyone would have reached out to my parents, and I am 100% certain that if I hadn't pressed it on the phone, they never would have shared that it would be at least 4-5 days more before they got the oil delivered. I get that vehicles break down and stuff happens but the lack of communication and transparency is just infuriating. And dangerous--had I not stepped in, my elderly parents would still be waiting for a non-existent oil delivery and very likely would have run out of oil. In December. In Maine. On top of that, when it became apparent to me that my parents were essentially screwed, i expressed my frustration with the customer service rep by telling him I would be sharing this experience with others. At which point he accused me of being threatening. FYI sir: when an unhappy customer warns others about bad service, it's not threatening.
