Even at midnight, He took the time to understand the issue and assured me it could be fixed. After sending him a few pictures of my boiler system, he was able to walk me through shutting down zones of my heating system so we at least had some heat. He then put in a service call for the following day to have someone come out and fix it. The tech, Joshua, arrived in the following afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and explained what he would do to fix it. It took a little bit to apply the fix due to the tricky location of the pipe, but he was able to get it done. Once the work was completed, he took the extra time to ensure every bit of the system was functioning properly.

I resorted to google and unfortunately came across Aire Serv. Their technician (who was very nice) came out to assess the situation and determined it was caused by a damaged pilot assembly. After calling around for replacement parts, I was told that the parts were out of stock until later in the week. Despite this, I was still charged $234 for the trip fee and diagnostic fee. I was then quoted $1112 for the repairs to be done once the parts were in. I shared this quote with my normal company and they were appalled! Thankfully they fixed the issue for less than half the price Aire Serv was going to charge me! PLEASE do not use this money-grubbing company, and instead use a local independent company if you need heating work done!
