Dr Sanders…read more Hopewell office, on the weekend 2025, I made online Appointment for Dr Sanders in Hopewell Sept 26. Nurse Monte called and asked if I get medicatio n for Chronic pain. My reason for visit servere headaches. She said that Dr Sanders does not give Pain medications. And wanted cancel the appointment if that was what I was coming for. I said same thing I said at Fishkill office. Extremely rude. Dr Sanders didn't care that visit I was in pain. Or that I took seven medications because I have a acute heart decease. Being so inhumane and down right meane and rude to cancel my Appt. I let them cancel the Appointment. What is Nuvance purpose anyway? And when told them about my many Medications they claim they NP Alexis from the Fishkill office wrote about me for medications list. Against me for what? I'm a patient with a Serious Heart Condtion. You can not imagine how much Stress Pain causes in a Heart Patient. As though I Did Something Wrong??! This cold evil attitude and right out lie. Part of Medicine is Pain Medication. It's on shelves of every Pharmacy in America. It's respected pharmacutical Industry. And I've been getting it for 8 years. I'm supposed have half a Doctor's half Care? But they wouldn't give Me Any Care. Like they were doing me a favor just going to A doctor's appt. All my medications are by only Medical Doctors. And to make matters worst, their so called Pain Management involves no pain Medications. But what they call "alternatives ". Then I'm supposed travel around on pain to Poughkeepsie. Poughkeepsie is far and dangerous. I'm supposed go far. And pay some Guru to some weird experiments on me. Like hormone injections. The Hospital tried alternatives until had to give me butabital for servere headaches. An alternative is supposed my choice. I've been taking very lite pain medications with my heart, and other Medications for 12 years. They are no complications. They work. They very therapeutic. It gives me rest. Helps me to Sleep. All this hateful very stressful malpractice of lying to a Patient. Nuvance is a bad place. I never wanted go. But 2x I tried it was a disaster. I woukd give zero if that were possible

It's difficult to put into words how caring and dedicated they are. The midwives and Dr's in Peekskill are amazing as well. (Literally saved my life.) Don't think twice, this practice is a true gem. I've also had good experiences with 2 GP's here, as well as the dental department. For the GP and dentist (not women's health)- yes, it's hard to get someone on the phone, and the wait is sometimes long... but that's true for most Dr's offices in my experience.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Leigh Rieper 3.5 months out. She seems like she would be an…read moreamazing doctor, but i'll never know since my appointment was suddenly canceled after 2.5 months of waiting. I called to reschedule, they gave me a date a week later so I took it no problem. Then I get my confirmation text and its with a different doctor now. They never notified me of that switch during my call, I specifically wanted to see Dr. Rieper per her background and education. I called again to resolve this change. The person on the phone says they are sorry and the switch should have been 100% made clear during the rescheduling call. She checks when I could get an appointment, and says it would be another 3 months past the initial date... She also said that its because the doctor took PTO that day. No issue with that, but if the office is cancelling my appointment its absolutely not okay to make me wait an additional 3 months due to their operations. I was told the office would be given a not to call me back and see if there is a time I could get in sooner. I waited 2 days, never got a call. I call back again, the person on the phone says their records show I was called and didnt pick up... I have 0 incoming calls on my phone history. They leave another note. I wait another week and still never got a call. I had to cancel all together because if this is how the office manages things I dont want to deal with it when I need medication on a specific timeline and their office just doesnt respond. Very sad, very disappointing.

The place is clean and neat. Had to do the "you know what up the you know what"... And the experience was not scary.. They keep you calm. For anybody who has to go thru a procedure, propofol is a wonderful drug. You see the white milky happy juice crawl away to your vein, then you feel the warmth and take your last breathe... Well the last one you will remember anyways... Then you wake up to the gentle nudge of the nurse that's "recovering" you. Since you had nothing really to eat for more than a day, the crackers and tea they serve feel like 5! Star meals... You crave for more till you remember that you probably would want to go to one of your favorite restaurants for your most favorite food and drink. Overall, highly recommend the place and the group!!!

It's sad. I've use this office in the past and always had great customer service. Unfortunately one…read moredoctor is retiring and the customer service has gone to nothing. I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.

I had a surgery 9 years ago for my Chronic sinus infections by Dr Gordon. He did a great job and I…read morewas sinus free for about 2 years which was great. But unfortunately for last few years the sinus infections are back. Anyone who suffers from this knows they suck! So I went yesterday for my appointment and the staff are great. I called when I got there as that's protocol with the whole pandemic. They have hand sanitizer and of course a mask is a must. Wait was not that long. The doctor I saw Caitlin ( who I never met) was very Thorough and great. She looked in my sinuses and told me what I need to do going forward. She suggested another antibiotic as I've had sinus infection for 2 weeks now and also Blood work to be done and then a Cat Scan that I scheduled. When I go back in March, I will see Dr Gordon and after my results we will go from there. If you suffer from sinuses like I do, this ENT Facility is definitely the place to visit. They are very nice and understanding. I'm glad I finally went back!
