He was very professional and gave me some extra information which was helpful. While you are waiting on your vehicle, they update you via text message. Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour.
