He was very professional and gave me some extra information which was helpful. While you are waiting on your vehicle, they update you via text message. We talked about a different dealership "work" that they could not fix. He said they could definitely fix it properly. So I said ok, order the parts. They should come in within 2 weeks. They sent a payoff quote and my deal was completed. HERE COMES MY NIGHTMARE!!! 3 weeks later I get a call from Lihia stating that Eastep is saying I owe over $3000 more than what they told us our payoff was but they were working on it and would let me know. I call and spoke to the owner TERRY KROLL and he said that it was my fault and that I was stupid and that he would not discuss this with me at all. I should have not went and traded in that vehicle and that his staff made the mistake and that he was not going to pay for their mistake and that I was. Come to find out the car I traded in was sold to someone who paid cash in full. 2 weeks later I get a letter in the mail stating that my car had been repossessed and that I had stuff in it. So I called Eastep and again he was rude and stated that he followed the GPS on the car and repossessed it as soon as it made it back to town from out of state. I lived 2 hours away with the expectation (realized) that it would not be worth the trip. Found Whitley over the internet and gave him a call. He returned the call late one night and I described the truck and situation and asked for his help. He was not interested in the truck but gave me 2 of his competitors names and phone numbers that he thought would be interested. He finished by saying that if they didn't want the truck to give him a call back at the office and he would get me some other names. He was upset about my story and said if I needed to tow it that I could get it delivered to his lot and store it for free until I could get it somewhere else. He didn't want a dime and I am sure he would have followed up his offer for free storage. Luckily I didn't need it as the first person on the list was Kevin with Roadrunner Auto took care of the problem. If you want an honest man that will bend over backward for you then go by and give him a shot. Next time I drive through Bryan/College Station, I am stopping to say thanks and shake his hand and take for a meal and drink.
